BoulderNo bedroom door and nails in the carpet

I had so looked foward to staying here. I was disapointd to find the bedroom door off its sliders (which the owner has known of since October 2008), the living room heater not working and carpet nails sticking out of the carpet in not one but two places - big time - like hurting your feet when you walked over them. The maintenance guys came in and totally rearranged the furniture so that the heater worked - the bedroom door was a lost cause. The owner thought it too expensive to fix. I wish we'd be honesty apprised of the situation instead of being offered a mysterious "upgrade" the week before checking in. And, this condo is CLOSE to the pool so it's best for early risers who don't mind being awakened by folks hanging out at the pool. No local phone - no internet but good cable.

Thank you for your resonse. We do apologize for the inconvienece that the missing pocket bedroom door has caused. We have recently convinced the owner to replace it and it will be installed prior to July 4th 2009. I hope we were able to compensate you in some fashion. In regards to the nails, we will be taking care of this situation as well.
