This charming 17 room Inn offers the perfect location in the Town of Telluride - 1 block from the Gondola station (connecting the towns of Telluride and Mountain Village) and Main Street.
The Morningstar room is on the 2nd floor with a king size bed and private bath with an oversized soaking tub. Two wicker chairs in the West facing window for relaxing and reading. TV/VCR and CD Clock Radio.

Our first trip to Telluride and felt like we lucked out on a great place to stay. Less than a block from the gondola and two blocks from the main street. Our room was very comfortable with nice views. Heather and Bruce were excellent hosts and the made-to-order breakfasts were a nice bonus.

We chose the aspen Street Inn to stay in Telluride while attending the annual Blues and Brews Festival and exploring the town and surrounding mountainsides. We live in New Mexico, and we have visited Telluride many times in the past, staying at various inns and hotels. This was by far our most pleasant accomodation experience in Telluride. Great location, lovely room,hot pool, fine gourmet breakfasts and, most important of all, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.
I would recommend the aspen Street Inn to anyone seeking a wonderful Telluride experience, and we plan to stay there every time we visit Telluride in the future. We have already booked two visits in 2013!

The aspen Street Inn has friendly staff and great breakfast (whihc is so nice not to have to go out for breakfast), the perfect location and the most comfortable beds! I loved our 2 night stay there and would most certainly stay there again

The aspen Street Inn is comfortable and charming. The rooms are appointed with every amenity one would need. All the personnel are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. What a lovely place to spend a week!

I have stayed at this property 3 times when it was known as the San Sophia and was always satisfied. My 4th stay was under the new management. It is a comfortable and nice hotel with good service. My main complaints with this visit was the heat and noise. The rooms should be equipped with ceiling fans or even box window fans in the Summer. While the outside temperature was not that really hot the room was stuffy. Also the noise and diesel smell on the side street from the commercial vehicles was rather annoying. I would still recommend this property based on location.

With no notice, I got two weekend nights with breakfast for just over $200. You can't beat it in a typically richy rich kind of town. This is a huge victorian home made into an eloquent B & B. For the money, it was perfect!

Sandwiched between the gondola (to go up) and the main drag (for films and fun)...I enjoyed staying at the aspen St. Inn. Good location for Mountain Film Festival. One suggestion: Put some cookies out for coming back for breaks between lectures and films.

The aspen Inn looks inviting from the outside. The rooms and personnel make it just as nice inside. The central location is great--a short walk to main st or the gondola and lifts. The full breakfast served in the nice eating/kitchen area is a+. Friendly staff and guests to visit with. Our Telluride home was being rented at the time, and Telluride alpine Lodging found us a great home-away-from-home on a holiday powder weekend that we didn't want to miss.

Staying here was a last minute decision to get some skiing in for the holiday. The place was spic and span and the service was great. Everyone was so friendly, going downstairs for breakfast was friendlier than walking out our front door at home! The owners treat you like you're a welcomed guest of their home. The room was very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for the Gondola as well as downtown. We will stay here again.

Great night sleep and stay in a quiet neighborhood. Hotel is quiet even though there are lots of rooms in the Bed and Breakfast.
