This is our fourth time our group rented the Russell House for the Blues and Brews festival. We love the property so much that it's like our home away from home. It's big enough to fit 8 to 10 of us yet it feels warm and cozy. The hot tub is a huge plus for us. And the views are magnificent. Easy access off the highway and not too far from the town park make this property a gem. All the amenities in the kitchen and super clean throughout. Thanks to the owners for sharing their home with us!

The Russell House is a beautiful property and suited our needs very well. Basic information on the house itself and available transportation was lacking. A guide with things to do and see, and eating places they recommend would have been nice. Basic condiments like salt and pepper, sugar, etc. were also absent. The gas grille did not function due to lack of fuel, so we were unable to grille our hotdogs. This being said, it was a great house and we enjoyed our stay there immensely. These are little things, easily rectified, and did not detract from the overall experience. It worked well for our family group of thirteen. We would highly recommend the Russell House to others.

Papa Mike - thank you very much for taking the time to leave this review and share your experiences! Glad to see that your group enjoyed the home and your time in Telluride. Each of our properties contains an information book that contains a lot of the information you were looking for. The fact that the book was not present during your stay was obviously a miss on our part. The book has since been replaced and your feedback has served as a good reminder to our staff to ensure those info books are present prior to all arrivals. I am also happy to report that the spice rack and pantry have grown by a few more items. We always discard all of the perishables, and we do not purchase any food stuffs for the units, but most still maintain a good inventory of salt/pepper and other dry pantry items. And regarding the gas grill - if you ever run into such an issue again please let us know. We will re-fill the tank immediately. But again, certainly something we should have caught prior to your arrival. Another good reminder to strengthen our processes. Thanks again for staying with us and for leaving your remarks.

We are repeats at the Russell House, and will be back again in the future. This beautiful home has both an incomparable view and a welcomed peace from the urban life. Very comfortable with all the amenities, and Telluride alpine Lodging makes everything easy and effortless. The master bedroom has a morning view to die for.

The Russell Home in Telluride was perfect for our family gathering which included two under 5 years old. I have never rented a vacation home that was so well provisioned. It was immaculate, comfortable and beautifully appointed. I would happily return given the chance.

My friends and I were very happy with the Russell House. The view was fantastic and the accomodations were perfect for all of us. We were sad to leave because the weather was great and we enjoyed every minute of our trip together.

This incredible vacation home had all the comforts of home and more. The four-bedroom home gave us plenty of room and the location is just minutes from Mountain Village and Telluride. The location on the golf course was quiet, relaxing and an ideal place for us to walk our dogs and enjoy quiet evenings on the deck. We had a fantastic time and we look forward to coming back next summer.

The home was immaculate and well maintained. We hit the snow just right and our son and friends enjoyed the snow boarding. He came from Honduras on his first break from the Peace Corps and it was important to us that they enjoy themselves in the time allotted. The bedroom layout allowed or firends to have privacy with their new baby, but be close to the rest of us. At the same time we enjoyed ourselves on a long-time-coming vacation.
We could not have been more pleased with our stay. I met a new wife and mother, I caught up with my son and the changes in his life and spent some real time with my wife.

We were in Telluride for the Fall colors, and were not disappointed, but the grandest treat was waking up to a view that cannot be excelled anywhere. The home was very comfortable and the service and check-in was professional. A stay in the the Russell house will make any stay in Telluride that much more.

Our family had a great week at the Russell House. With 6 adults and 3 kids under 12, we were perfectly comfortable, and everyone had their own space. The only downside was the proximity to the Gondola in Mountain Village. But driving into Telluride and to the free Gondola garage was no big deal. We would book the Russell House in the future without a doubt!

The Russell Home is conveniently situated about 1 mile from the gondola station and market. You have beautiful mountain views throughout the main living area. The home was very clean and well equipped for cooking for our group of 6. Housekeeping stopped in on our 3rd day to take out the garbage and replenish the towels. This is a lovely location, and we will definitely plan on returning.
The only negative comments we had are that a few of the mattresses will need to be changed out soon--they have seen some wear, and that the fireplace still is out of order. -

Beautiful home, well cared for, well appointed and very clean. Totally ready for any family. The only drawback was limited parking. We were able to get 4 cars in the driveway and garage, so what more can one ask really. :0)
