I had a great time at the aspen Street Inn! The room is comfortable, and cute. The alta Room had a little patio, which was nice. The breakfast was good! The two cooks who's names are escaping me...make homemade chipotle salsa for your eggs in the am:) I would stay again, for sure. The Inn Keeper andf her husband were great, she showed me a few of the rooms so I could get a feel for the whole property! Do it:)

The service was excellent and we felt like we were visiting in a friends home. The breakfast was wonderful and made to order. Very accommodating. We have stayed at the aspen Street Inn before and enjoyed it very much. Love the balcony. We never had to take the car out and walked everywhere. Great location.

We had reserved a lovely room with a balcony that had plenty of room for myself, my husband and the dog. We felt welcomed the moment we steped inside. Although the dog is not allowed in the dining area there is a balcony off the dining area that we could take her. The breakfast included a couple of special meals, fresh fruit, oatmeal and the usual fried, scrambled or omelete. Heather and Bruce made us feel very comfortable and we hope to return in the future.

I stayed at the aspen Street Inn for four days, and it was a wonderful experience. My room was comfortable,the breakfast excellent,and the hot tub delightful at the end of the day. The managers, Heather and Bruce could not have been more pleasant or accommodating. I highly recommend the Inn!

The location was first class, being only a few yards from the cable car.
The service was friendly and efficient, the furnishings excellent, the room exceptionally clean and pleasant. Telluride is a scenic place with plenty to see and do.
The hosts provided home made chocolate chip cookies which were delicious and provided by the management free of any charge.
What I liked least was the aggressive wording on the booking confirmation which was sufficient for a star to be deducted. Not so much a 'thanks for booking with us' as 'turn up or else'. Also, the long 'notice of cancellation' period is not helpful for those on a tour of the USa. This was the only reservation in a 21 day tour where the booking conditions were so restrictive. I definitely recommend that this be reviewed, and also that the wording on your confirmations be couched in more friendly phrases.Response from Telluride Alpine Lodging - 02/28/2012

I stayed here for 2 nights, loved it.
What I loved is that it's an old school ski house. The folks that run it bring you blankets if you need them. They make cookies. They're friendly, you feel like you've known them for years.

Heather and Bruce made this stay like home away from home but better. Not fancy, just nice and comfortable. Great location near gondola, river walk and downtown. Comfortable for 2 or a large group. I will definitely go back!

We had a great time in Telluride and we especially enjoyed the aspen Street Inn. We had a fantastic view from our balcony in the alta room and really enjoyed how close we were to everything. Of course, we have to say that the breakfast was the best part. Most B&Bs; offer a simple continental breakfast with coffee and juice. It was so nice to get a real breakfast in the morning that was absolutely delicious. We really felt at home and that we were getting a great deal staying at your Inn.

We are regulars at the Teeluride Blue Grass Restival and stayed in all differenct accomodations - condos, inns, camping, rv. This stay at aspen Street was the best yet! Great staff, full service, wonderful breakfast, unbelievably conveninet to the venue. We will be back again next year - same room.

We had a group that stayed for a week between Christmas and New Years. We had the entire Aspen Street Inn to ourselves. The manager was wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. The breakfasts were the best. The service was impeccable. Being in a bed and breakfast, the rooms were all different which was very likeable. The location to the slopes and the town of Telluride was perfect. I would recommend this Inn.
