A few notes on the condo...great location, but we were a little disappointed in a few things...First, there were only four small (teacup size) coffee mugs...definitely not enough to even accommodate the 6 people. Second, the kitchen sink was horrible as the water sprayed awkwardly out of the faucet, which would essentially mean getting sprayed every time we turned on the water. There were no hot mitts for the oven and the oven shelves did not pull out...a bit of a headache, since we made two lasagnas, which by the way, there were no baking sheets or pyrex casseroles, so we had to buy them along with coffee mugs.
No "big" issues, but just thought you might want the feedback.
Well appointed condo in great location!

The Best place to stay in Telluride

I have stayed at many condos and houses in Telluride over the years. Pacific Street Townhome #530B is however, the best. It is centrally located. The rooms are roomy. everything in this house was first class. Nice having Weber Gas grill on the patio for BBQ. You can bet I'll be staying in this house again. Read more

Great location in downtown Telluride

The townhouse was beautiful, and very conveniently located. We didn't drive anywhere all weekend. Ample seating space in the living and dining areas. However, the TV is old and small and needs to upgrade to a flatscreen.
The master bedroom suite was huge. Too bad some of that space couldn't be given to the two very small bedrooms in the basement. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom, however.
Upgraded mattresses and linens are needed. For a luxury condo, these were mid-level only, and old.
Finally, TaL service was poor. There was no hairdryer in the unit, so I made a call and emailed their service department to get one. It took over 24 hours to get a response.

We stayed 5 days in this beautiful townhome.Great location. Check in was painless, and since we had a keyless entry, checking out, just involved closing the door and heading out of town. Lot's of windows to enjoy the view, and the steam shower helped soothe our aching muscles after a day of hiking. We love to cook, and the kitchen was filled with everything we needed to get the job done. Spent time sitting on the balcony and listening to the hummingbirds fly by. I would love to stay here again. Small things can add up to a big difference

The quality of the lodging was average. First, the good things. The kitchen appointments were excellent and obviously had been upgraded. The layout of the unit overall is very good. The location within Telluride is ideal for having access to the town.
Now the downside - the unit faces a street that was once an alleyway. Every morning at 7:00 am or so trucks pull in to start making deliveries. Don't plan on sleeping in if you are in the master bedroom. One of the basement bedrooms has windows that open over an open sewer vent. Not much imagination needed here to realize what happens when you open a window to cool the bedroom in the afternoon. Bedding quality is (sheets and pillows) are sub-par for a unit at this price, but only a minor inconvenience. I was more concerned with the exposed electrical wires on the lamp on the nightstand. Wow. From a technology standpoint the television in the living room is a good 15 years old; the only other television is in a downstairs bedroom. That one is very small and about the same age. And unfortunately when I arrived the Internet was down for part of Telluride. Though I understood it had come back up, our unit did not have service at all for the first seven days. It took me making direct threats to the management company to get someone over to check things out. The service personnel, once on site, were fast, effective, and helpful. My apologies if you are one of the many that did not get an email response from me during that week...
Overall the unit is in a great location and that will likely keep it rented. If you find other choices for same or similar price I would go with the other choice. Read more

Thank you for your review! I understand that you had some issues with the property and we apologize for these. Everything you mentioned has been repaired or replaced. The property needs some serious maintenance, there were no screens on many windows, things seems broken. The master has a double bed and no Tv-very disappointing there. The location is excellent. Read more

Thank you for your review. Screens have been ordered by the owner services representative and the HOA will be providing them. I will send these recommendations off to the homeowner and see if we can upgrade the bed as well as put a TV in the master bedroom. We appreciate your feedback and hope that you choose to stay with TAL when coming back to Telluride.

Pacific 530B was an incredibly perfect place to stay. You could see the San
Miguel River from the front of the house and the view of the mountain/ski
slopes was awesome. On our last day there we saw three deer making their
way up one of the slopes. The house was spacious and accommodated all of
us with extreme comfort. My husband and I loved the large master suite on
the 3rd floor far away from all the kids on the lowest floor. The middle floor
incorporated the kitchen, dining and living room all in one space so we could
easily be together even when we were doing different things. The kitchen was
beautiful, modern and well appointed. There were 6 of us staying there and
we could have easily handled more. We spent a lot of time out on the two
porches soaking up the Telluride summer. The location was within easy
walking distance to everything. We never used the cars. The only downside
was that it is hard to get cold water, especially in the kitchen. I think there is a
problem with the in-floor heat too close to the water lines. Nevertheless, we
can't wait to stay there again next summer. THANK YOU!! Read more

great location, well-appointed kitchen

My friends and I were in Telluride for our friends' daughter's wedding and we
had a great week in the house. The kitchen was very well outfitted with more
than we needed (we never did cook a dinner there although it was good to
know that we could have).
The layout worked very well for us -- two couples and one single, and the
location was excellent - an easy walk into downtown and only a couple of
blocks to the gondola to mountain village.
Thanks for taking the time to review Pacific Street 530B. I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay in this property and you found the location convenient to town and Mountain Village. Please keep us in mind for your next trip to Telluride; we would love to have you stay with us again!

The initial reservation staff was extremely helpful and professional. Likewise the check-in staff was very effecient.
This property is in a prime location --- close to everything ---- food, ski lift and walking paths.
Bring along a hair dryer. Everything else that you need was provided, including the games, if you get bored, which is unlikely,

The house is very nice and the location makes it awesomely convenient to everything. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was nice. The steam shower in the master bath was a real bonus. On the downside, the kitchen sink faucet was an absolute disaster; it sprayed water EVERYWHERE each time it was turned on and we found it almost impossible to get cold water out of the tap, forcing us to buy bottled water during our stay. In the half-bath on the main floor the toilet paper holder was hanging off of the wall and the mirror was discolored on the right hand side. For this kind of money, those kinds of things should be corrected. Read more
