We rented this house for our wedding for some family and the bridal party to stay and it exceeded our expectations!! This house is not only beautiful but there is so much to do! We had an amazing time playing games, hot tubbing and hanging out. We saved so much money by cooking and no one ever wanted to go out in the evening. We loved every minute and were sad to leave. We hope to make is an annual vacation and were thrilled with our entire experience.
From a logistics standpoint it was great because there were lots of towels, blankets, laundry, dishes, everything you need to feel right at home. This is great for s family or friends trip -

Our church's married couples' group stayed here over the weekend. We loved it! It is the perfect place for our small retreat. The amenities are luxurious and the service was great. From the very beginning booking with Lighthouse Management Co to our initial walk through with the caretaker, Carol, it was a pleasure. The home is warm and inviting. There was plenty of room for all of us. Personally, I loved the framed art by the owner's kids on the walls - a nice touch. Thank you, Michaels family, for a wonderful weekend. We will definitely keep your homes in mind for our small retreats.

I stayed here in late august 2011 with my husband, 2 children aged 8, and my elderly parents. The house was fantastic. The layout (all on one level) was great for my less-mobile mother. Beds very comfortable, enormous master suite. Fun fun fun for the kids. Pool was clean, jacuzzi hot and bubbly! Outdoor structure with barbeque and tables was great for dinners by the pool. My kids got a lot of use out of the games in the house (pool, shuffleboard, foosball) and there were lots of videos for evening entertainment. Convenient to the charming town of Temecula, and reasonable driving distance to both la and San Diego. The kitchen is very well equipped and huge.
Finally, the feature my children most enjoyed was the regular visits by wild rabbits, happily hopping on the lawn.
