  Perfect Wedding Party Location

  This house was the perfect place to host family and out-of-town guests (which was all of us!) for our daughter's wedding weekend. The kitchen is large and well-equipped with all that you need. The best part of the house is the backyard pool and porch area. The large living room was perfect for a gathering to watch a pre-wedding video of the couple. The area is very quiet, beautiful and so lovely and peaceful to watch the hot air balloons rising above in the morning. My sister rented the Grape Seed Loft which was perfect for the bridal party girls to get their hair and makeup done prior to going to the winery which was a ten minute drive away. The price was steep, but we divided it by three, so it was doable for a one-time wonderful event.
  
  This house states that it sleeps 12, which technically it can, but I think it comfortably sleeps less. We had our family, including young adult men and women, grandparents and non-family girls, so the bathrooms worked out o.k., but with additional adults, it would have been a little awkward. But because my sister rented the Grape Seed Loft, Kat allowed us the use of the bathroom located below the loft in the garage, so this was the "boys" bathroom. Thanks Kat!
  
  There is the master suite which has a king bed with a futon in the room which can sleep one adult comfortably. Through the master bathroom is a room with a round queen bed which does not have a separate door going out except through the bathroom, nor does it have a window. If you are claustrophobic, this room is not for you! It must have been a large closet that was converted. So this bedroom is good if you are family or very close friends.
  
  There is another room with a queen bed and a third room with trundled twin beds. There is a bathroom located between these two rooms. This would be perfect for another couple with kids or close friends.
  
  The living room has a very large couch with pull-out bed. The bed is very uncomfortable, but the couch is very comfy. We had some blowups, so one young man slept on the couch and two on blowups. Two can sleep on the couch if one is a child, otherwise, with two adults, one is comfortable and one has a bar under their back.
  
  There were plenty of towels and sheets. The sheets are great! Bring towels for the pool. The pool and hot tub were wonderful!
  
  We hosted the rehearsal dinner and a lunch the day after the wedding. There is plenty of room for a lot of people. I couldn't imagine just being in a hotel room for a destination wedding. I totally recommend this peaceful and relaxing house for your special getaway.

  Wedding Festivities

  I was recently married in Temecula, and we rented the Bailey Merlot and Meritage Houses for our friends to stay the weekend. Since neither of us are from Temecula, we had a lot of people coming from across the country and from abroad. Both houses were fantastic for our friends. They had a great time, and everyone was comfortable. Many of the guys took advantage of the pool and ping-pong tables, and some of the girls went in the jacuzzi. It was a very short drive to all the vineyards, so we all went wine tasting during the weekend. Overall, I couldn't be happier about how the two houses contributed to the experience. I would recommend Bailey Escape properties to anyone.
