I greatly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful condo. The unit was clean, modern, spacious and very well appointed. The located was excellent, 10 mins to Old Town Scottsdale (Fashion Square!), 10 mins to downtown Phx for a ball game,and central to pretty much everything else. The pool, gym and outdoor BBQ area were great. The condo itself is located on Tempe Town lake which had an awesome paved running/biking trail around the lake that seems to be very popular, as well as walking distance to the countless trails in Papago Park.(if you walk along the northside of the lake from the condo, towards the marina, turn left under the overpass to access the park trails). Westbrook provided a seamless check-in/check-out and noteworthy customer service. All in all, we were extremely pleased. We will defintely be back!

I have been vacationing to aZ for the last 14 years, this was the first time we decided to stay in a condo rather than a hotel. We loved the condo, we loved the location. With most of our plans taking us to Scottsdale, Tempe and Phoenix this was an ideal spot. The condo was roomy and fit our needs. What I liked best was the condo itself, the kitchen set up, the balcony with the TV and fireplace, and the pool & spa.What I liked least was that I had wished the condo had more towels (we felt like we did lots of loads of laundry), more toliet paper (there was only 3 rolls in the whole place)more trash liners and dishwasher soap. Also more blankets,(who would have thought the rain would have made it so cold. I understand that we the guests do the grocery shopping, but for those basic necessities we felt the condo should have had more. Other than that it was great, and we were so thrilled about the keyless entry rather than driving all over to pickup/drop off keys! Thanks Westbrook!

Communication with Westbrook was excellent. We were given clear and concise directionsand guidelines. We liked the convenient location of the home and the layout of the home with privacy for both bedrooms, the large balcony and the shared facilities of the condo building. The home was quite well equipped and appliances were in good working order. We found it generally clean, except for the balcony floor, some windows and a large stain on the carpet. However, there were several kitchen lightbulbs burned out which we could not replace because of the height of the fixtures. At times, there was a fair amount of noise from other tenants/owners outside in the common areas. One thing we were not aware of from reading reviews was that the building lies directly beneath the flight path of the airlines. The 5:00 am wakeups took some getting used to.

The Northshore is located alongside the river, very close to aSU. The condo was very nice and clean, although the carpet could have used some cleaning.
Jane from Westbrook was helpful with her information. Walking along the river and going to Starbucks was very nice. -

We could do everything we wanted to from the location. The home was clean with a great view of Tempe Town Lake. Location was close to our daughters apartment. We also like the closeness of Starbucks to the home so we could walk easily to get coffee if we wanted to. I think location was what we like best about The Northshore. What we liked least was that around 4:00 am someone in the complex was playing very loud music and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from to report it or ask them to turn the music down.

We loved out stay at Northshore! The condo was just as shown on Vrbo and the transaction was easy. The condo was spacious and the kitchen beautiful. We had a beautiful relaxing time in the condo, on the balcony with the fireplace and in the hot tub.

Great rental property. Spacious and well equiped. No pool towels but once prompted they were arranged the next day. Great location and close to all amenities and aSU. Would stay there again.

The unit in Northshore is very well appointed and comfortable. My only criticism is the the noise from college students late at night.
