2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the top floor with views of Tempe Town Lake and downtown Tempe. Full kitchen, Private single car garage. Master bedroom with king bed and 2nd bedroom with queen bed. Sleeps up to 4. Views of A Mountain, Tempe Town Lake and downtown Tempe.
Regatta Pointe common areas are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. They include hot tub, pool, barbeques, fitness center and indoor and outdoor sitting areas.
There is easy access to freeways and you are just steps from a light rail station, Mill Ave and ASU. Scottsdale and Phoenix just a few minutes drive away.

Located in the heart of Tempe, Arizona, and just off the famous Mill Avenue on the shores of the Tempe Town Lake, Regatta Pointe offers the convenience of urban living but with many recreational opportunities. Regatta Pointe is just steps from the Tempe Performing Arts Center, Mill Ave. businesses, lake recreation, ASU, and a light rail station. Regatta Pointe is gated and our unit has a private single car gargage. Plenty of additional parking is provided inside the gates.
This is a great place to relax and enjoy the Arizona weather or stay during one of the many local events including Concerts, Spring Training, Ironman Arizona, ASU and Phoenix sporting events, Bowl games, Golfing and PGA tournaments. The best of Scottsdale shopping is just minutes away.
