Additional notes from owner
An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate plus applicable deposits is required to hold the reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the reservation. Please make payments via credit card or PayPal. The BALANCE OF reservation amount will be billed 30 days before the stay and is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date.
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a 2% penalty to cover payment processing fees. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made between 60-30 days of the arrival date, forfeit 50% of advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full amount of advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

This house, just minutes from the aSU campus and within walking distance to supermarkets, was a comfortable place for our family to spend our Thanksgiving weekend. The house is nicely laid out for best use of living space. The living room, dining room, kitchen and second living room off the kitchen provided plenty of space for our large family to hang out and enjoy time together. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on a hallway of their own, offering a quiet place for those who needed to turn in early. The kitchen was well supplied with almost everything we needed to prepare a holiday meal while away from home. This property also has a large, secure garage and a huge back yard.

This was our first time staying in a Vrbo rental. We were in Tempe for the arizona Ironman race. The house was in a perfect location for us close to everything we needed and supplied everything that we were looking for. In all of our dealings with Laura she was friendly, quick to respond to all of our questions, and professional in every way. When asked when we got home if there was anything we would have changed and the answer is no. I know that anytime we are going to be in the Phoenix area in the future she will be the first person we contact.
The home was in a quiet neighborhood with everything you needed to make your stay perfect. -

Being at home away from home. This was important to me as over the years we justify making compromises when we vacation. I decided to find accommodation's that resembled our home, Multiple rooms, bathrooms and living space. I lucked out with this rental. All of the conditions pre -established were met plus. The owner was very quick to respond to inquires and correcting any minor problems.
All things considered, we loved the location of this property and were thorougly satisfied and I have already booked for
next year, at about the same time but, this time for 1 month instead of 3 weeks.
Laura, the owner, was very open to supplying next year, a couple of bicycles to allow us to visit the beauty of our local surroundings in Tempe.

I was in town for a conference at aSU and prefer not to stay in noisy hotels. The rental was perfect for my needs: spacious, quiet, comfortable, and with reliable broadband internet. The location is close to grocery stores and the freeway/airport, so getting around was convenient. I'd recommend the rental both for business travel and for families, since the house is actually fairly large and is laid out in a way that could easily accommodate a group. The kitchen was well stocked for a rental too!

This house is amazing. Warm, cozy, comfortable and safe. Everything you could ask for in a "home away from home". Very reasonably priced. Perfect location and easy to find. Laura does not miss a thing when furnishing her homes for her guests. I have traveled a lot and can honestly say this was by far the best.
