We are two individuals (not a faceless agency), and we've transformed a sweet studio in the heart of Paris into a designer delight!
We love Paris and are happy to share our passion with others. This was our first apartment (we now have two), and we've put our heart and soul into it!

Shorter stays are more expensive than longer stays. The price is radically reduced if you stay 5 nights or more, and it's really really low if you stay 7 nights or more!
Our maximum stay of 12 nights has now been extended to 14 nights, as long as you pay for one cleaning during the stay as well as at the end.

What can I say...a truly outstanding apartment in a magical City. My boyfriend and I have stayed in The Great apartment twice and in all honesty we would never even think about staying anywhere else. We now consider this apartment 'our Parisian home' and Jason a friend. Aside from staying in a gorgeously trendy apartment close to the Museums, Notre Dame ect you have the added bonus of a great owner who always goes that extra mile to ensure you have everything you need, a piece of mind and is a genuinely lovely person. We will be staying in the Canal apartment in a few weeks as we have decided that we should share Paris without friends. I can't wait! Whoo! I can't recommend this apartment enough, come and stay...you will have the most amazing time! Thanks Jason, see you soon! Caraline and Dave xoxo

Great Location in the Heart of Paris
Jason was a pleasure to deal with, always quick to respond to any questions we had.
The location of this apartment is perfect, with a selection of metro stations close by and many attractions to visit within a short walk. The apartment is compact but careful thought has gone into the design to make the most of the space. The bed was very comfortable, the heating worked well and the Internet was fast and reliable. The decor, fittings and appliances were all of a high standard. In setting up the apartment it is clear there has been a focus on providing a high quality environment rather than just decorating and fitting it out as cheaply as possible.
We would definitely stay here again.

Small but perfectly formed and a fantastic location.
Despite the size of this accommodation, what it offers in terms of its location and amenities cannot be faulted. All in all the service was professional, helpful and friendly.

Location, location, location ...
This is indeed a great Paris apartment ... Great for its prime central location and peace-of-mind security. These were the two most important considerations when determining the accommodation choice for the ten days we were to spend in Paris. The affordable tariff made the booking all the more enticing and well worth the sacrifice of abundant floor space. The apartment did not disappoint. This is a stylishly appointed; functional, compact, studio apartment that uses its space wisely. Best quality furniture and accessories provide all the comforts belonging to snug contemporary lodging. The Great apartment Paris was the perfect place to rest our heads, take a shower, whip up some dinner and plan our next day's itinerary. Top this off with an incredibly helpful owner and its safe to say that The Great apartment Paris will undoubtedly be our preferred choice of accommodation when next we visit Paris. Highly recommended

Fulfilled dream of living as a Parisian (for 6 days)
It was a very neat, convenient place. Excellent service, and Jason gave us many great recommendations for food. Prompt reply to emails and very helpful overall.
