Newly reupholstered furniture offers just the right touch of class without being too formal. It has a very large outside deck offering both shade and sun, and the waterside tiki hut is perfect for enjoying those last few rays with an enticing cocktail.

We stayed here for 10 days in late March / early april 2013. I chose the property based on previous comments and having been to Eleuthera a few years ago. I am so glad I chose this place - the photos are accurate, and the beach right outside the verandah. 10 Bay Beach must be one of the loveliest on the island, and rarely has more than a few people on it at any time. The water is clear, perfect for children and adults, and there is wonderful snorkelling all around the beach - we saw stingrays several times. The property is a little dated in the kitchen, but clean and well supplied. There are numerous windows for ventilation as well as ceiling fans and air conditioning if required. The bed is fine, with a lovely view of the beach. The whole property is well equipped and comfortable. We found out that the BBQ gas was empty and the owner made arrangements to have someone call and replace, and gave us a refund for our troubles. Absolutely loved being there and will definitely return.
