The cottage was built in 2006 and has a 200 square roofed front porch. The architecture of the cottage matches the stile of the farmhouse which was built in 1854 on the one acre property. The cottage has his own driveway and you enter the building from the porch. The interior is a one room living with vaulted ceiling and painted floors. The cottage decor with a nautical flare,queen bed, sitting area,dinning area, kitchenette and full bath with Claw foot tub with shower.
Paul's cottage is the perfect place for a couple to get away from it all and enjoy the piece and quite of this beautiful place.

Port Clyde with Marshal Point Light house and ferry to Monhegan is 5 miles away from town. The town of Rockland is 15 minutes away by car to the East and has plenty of shopping, art galleries, movie theaters and a beautiful museum.
