This ground floor apartment in Tenby has wonderful views of the beach and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Terraced Gardens is a ground floor apartment overlooking the beach in Tenby. The property has a double room and a single room, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofabed. There is also a separate utility. Outside is first come first served parking (permit provided for one car) and across the road is a shared terraced garden with direct access to the beach. Terraced Gardens makes a wonderful base for a year round break in Tenby.

Amenities: Storage heaters with electric fire in... sitting area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in separate utility, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD player, books, games, DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Parking permit for 1 car (parking on first come, first served basis). Shared terraced garden across the road with bench seating and access to beach. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 2 mins walk. Beach 1 min walk. Note: Steps up from pavement, and down internally to utility. Note: Children to be supervised in garden, steps down from each terrace to beach. Note: Max. 4 people. Note: Although this property does not accept pets, owners’ family occasionally stay with their dog.

The beautiful medieval town is encompassed by its old city walls and contains a labyrinth of cobbled streets, quirky shops, tempting tea-rooms and fine restaurants. The nearby Blue Flag awarded beach offers almost three miles of incredible coastline for water sports enthusiasts, whilst a trip to the monastic Caldey Island offers an insight into the peaceful lives of the Caldey Monks – renowned for their home made chocolate. The resort of Saundersfoot is close by, as is the well-known Folly Farm. Visitors can enjoy trips round the magnificent Tudor Merchant's House or for those looking for a more thrill-filled day out, the fabulous Oakwood Theme Park is also within easy driving distance.Read more

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
