Our truly historic house faces the village church. It has 2 floors with a 90m2 apartment with a large terrace on the second floor, giving amazing views towards the end of the Pyrenean chain and a first floor with the laundry room. It is really quiet and peaceful.
We have a large dining and lounge area with a chimney and a fantastic terrace with a Barbecue, dining table where you can easily relax and sunbath.
The master bedroom has the terrace and the view, the second bedroom is by the church side and has large clothing cabinet, the third bedroom is dedicated to children with a truly comfortable bunk bed (2 beds 90x200cm) and a bab...Read more

Terrats has a lot to offer for nature lovers! It is nestled at the Pyrenees feet and surrounded by vineyards. From the house you can cycle, run, walk, trekk, horse ride, go for a ULM "ride"... If you enjoy wine tasting there is a wine cellar in the village, also selling local Olive oil.
Terrats has a handy grocery, a post office, a bar/ cafe/ snack, a bakeshop and a cellar. Llupia, 2km away has a butcher, a news agent, hair dresser, pharmacy etc... Thuir, 5km away has it all, supermarkets, nice shops, saturday market, property agent etc etc...

Nous avons été ravis de découvrir cette maison de village aux prestations excellentes. La proximité de stations de ski, de la mer ainsi que le cadre exceptionnel nous ont permis de passer un séjour formidable. A conseiller évidemment pour son charme, ses commodités et son confort. Rien à reprocher, nous avons été comblés! Tout y est.
