Located on a beautiful hill, the view from Beaulieu's luxurious estate spans across Baie Rouge, the Caribbean sea, St. Martin's mountains, and the island of Anguilla. From the day's start the view only continues to sweeten as the lights of Marigot slowly become visible at nightfall.

The pristine sands of Baie Rouge Beach are visible from the maple bar in the kitchen accompanied by granite counter-tops.As you open the beautiful French doors of the new bedroom suite, you notice marble floors reside throughout the large private terrace and bathroom, also complimented with a dressing room and private patio. Another incredible view is seen h...ere from this bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

Opening towards the sea and swimming pool is a new fully equipped kitchen with a spacious bar and an inside dining room. A double living with beautifully modern decor and furnishings opens to a new covered terrace for outside dining and living. Among this terrace is a large heated swimming pool (50' x 20') .

Three large bedroom suites with their own private terraces made of tumbled marble surround the swimming pool. The fourth bedroom suite, which is only available over the Christmas Holidays, has its own private study-room and entirely occupies the charming cottage. Peering out of its large private terrace over the private lawn and beautiful scenery is the clear blue waters of the sea.

The gorgeous view of the sea is always maintained while walking along the property of Beaulieu.

Can be rented as a 2 or 3 bedroom villa or as a 4 bedroom villa over the Christmas Holidays Only

Four over-sized suites (three of them, out of tumbled marble, located in the main house.

<b>Bedroom 1</b>

Huge marble bedroom with a sea view, twin beds that can be made into a king size bed. En-suite, outstanding marble bathroom, viewing the private landscaped patio in the back, and the sea in front.

<b>Bedroom 2</b>

Huge marble bedroom with two french doors; one with sea view, the other leading to an exotic garden; King size bed. En-suite tumbled marble bathroom. Unit #1 & unit #2 can be connected through a double door ensuring privacy between the two dressing rooms.

<b>Bedroom 3</b>

New since October 2007, with a large private terrace, two french doors providing spectacular views: one to the swimming pool, the other one to the sea. King size bed. En-suite, outstanding tumbled marble bathroom with the view of the scenery framed like a painting.

<b>Bedroom 4</b>

The fourth bedroom suite, and its separate study room, occupies a whole charming cottage, very nearby, with its large private terrace facing the sea from over a private lawn. A nice glazed tiled bathroom and a restroom apart, make it easy to live at two.

  We have stayed at many villas in St. Martin. While we have enjoyed each of them, we had always hoped for a better view. Beaulieu provide an exceptional view of the entire stretch of Bay Rouge Beach. Simply fantastic.
