Perched high on a cliff, this lovely home enjoys total seclusion and one of the most spectacular viewpoints on the island. The fabulous sea view with Anguilla in the distance and the coastline and mountains of St. Martin is enjoyed from the comfortable living room which has glass sliding doors opening on to a delightful flowered veranda with shaded casual dining and seating areas stepping down to the pool and lounging area.

The villa is a gem...the privacy unparalleled. Truly, the space, privacy and luxury were a welcomed delight. Situated on five acres of a gated estate, the house sprawled upon the ocean cliff offering peace and complete relaxation. You hear birds, palm fronds in the wind, and the ocean. No crowds, no traffic, just you and the view and the pool. The house is nicely equipped and is quite roomy, very clean (housekeeping and groundskeeping included), provides everything (including a stocked fridge). One of the best villa rentals ever. Close to both Marigot and Maho, delicious restaurants, markets, pharmacia, even a doctor close by. Spa was at the edge of the community. Beaches (Plum Bay/baie de prunes) were extraordinary and 5 minutes away. Renting a car mandatory.
