Sol e Luna is a stunning, fully air conditioned... villa with all three bedrooms accessible from the inside. The house offers Plasma TVs and DVD players in the living room and each of the bedrooms. Bedrooms also have the convenience and luxury of private bathrooms exquisitely decorated with marble. Quality and attention to detail gives guests everything they need in the spacious gourmet kitchen.

The villa provides a spectacular view over Simpson Bay and the ocean. In addition, Sol e Luna has enlarged its pool and deck area, which give the property an entirely new dimension.

  Sol e Luna was the ideal villa for my group as the three master suites enabled everyone to have the room and privacy they desired. The pool and patio areas were outstanding and the large outdoor dining area/table was particularly good for breakfasts and lunches (the mosquitoes precluded eating outside for dinner). Overall, the villa was very clean and extremely comfortable. Everything was in working order and the kitchen utensils were adequate (a couple add\'l large pots and a baking/cookie tray would have been very useful. Also, ensuring an adequate supply of matches is available would be helpful). The location of and view from Sol e Luna is terrific. The only negative item is the ubiquitous mosquitoes. Kristen (housekeeper) was friendly and thorough and Isabelle (local concierge) was prompt, helpful, and accomodating. I was very impressed by the overall quality/standard of the villa and was very pleased with the professionalism, friendliness, and thoroughness of the LR staff. - Anthony Z., ,

  The overall vacation was absolutely fantastic. The location and security at the villa was excellent and the location could not have been better. We thoroughly enjoyed the French side of St Marteen and Pascal Hoenig did a wonderful job of making the experience memorable.   The well appointed villa offered us all the comforts of home but in a beautiful and warm setting unlike our Maine climate in November. The boys loved the pool to the point that they didn\'t even want to leave it to visit the beaches or other attractions. It was ideal for the adults who enjoyed relaxing and reading by the pool side when they weren\'t in the water themselves.   The villa was clean and well appointed. Christine was wonderful and helpful and she kept the villa immaculate. When a breaker opened affecting the pool lights and pump, the maintenance man arrived within seven minutes of my phone call. One small issue with Thrifty was their desire to make a credit card imprint without writing the amount on the slip. Vic said he does this in case I returned the vehicle needing petrol . I wouldn\'t hand over a blank visa slip though and promised to return the vehicle full. And, although it didn\'t affect our flights, Peter forgot to pick us up at the appointed time. He arrived 25 minutes late. Other than those two minor issues, we had a fabulous time. Thank you for a well run operation! - John P., Virginia, USA

  extordinary, our 15th visit to St. Martin and the magic is still

  Our Stay at Sol e Luna

  We are three sometimes difficult to please Latina NYC professional women who got lucky when we chose Sol e Luna. With so many terrific rental options, we narrowed the field down to must have 3-BRs, 3-baths, fantastic outdoor space, BBQ and inviting pool. Most importantly, it had to be priced right. \r\nSol e Luna met all of our expectations and then some. The villa was is spacious, well-maintained and appointed.\r\nThe kitchen was fully-equipped (we did cook a few meals) and all 3 bedrooms were large and comfortable. Did I mention the bathrooms were to die for!\r\nVillas have BBQs, however, Sol e Luna takes it to the next level with a complete outdoor kitchen including sinks with running water, refrigerator, bar/counter space, outdoor Bose speakers, etc. I would be remiss if I didn\'t mention the requisite Weber grill. This villa\'s outdoor space was clearly designed for fabulous parties around the incredible crystal clear pool.\r\nChristine, the housekeeeper, is a gem and an asset to this prope

  The house was beautiful and had many enjoyable features. The AC in the bedrooms made sleeping comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes, the pool was absolutely gorgeous, and the location was lovely. We felt very spoiled and everyone had plenty of both room and privacy. We really loved the variety of beaches and restaurants close-by. The almost-deserted Plum Bay felt like our own private beach. We all said, \"Wow,\" when we walked into the house!
