The main level also offers a bedroom offering a king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom...Access to this bedroom is from the pool/terrace area.Large sliding doors open onto the outdoor pool and terrace area. Enjoy the comfortable seating and dining area for 6 on the covered terrace area...There is an additional dining area by the gas BBQ grill available for you to enjoy as well. The upper level of the villa offers two bedrooms. The second bedroom offers a king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, DVD player with monitor and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom offers a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, DVD player with monitor and en-suite bathroom.Bedroom 1 – The Bedroom is located on the main level and offers a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower offering a rain shower system, double bowl sinks and hairdryer. This bedroom opens directly onto the pool area.Bedroom 2 – The second Bedroom is located on the upper level and offers a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, DVD player with monitor and en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower offering a rain shower system, double bowl sinks and hairdryer.Bedroom 3 – The second Bedroom is located on the upper level and offers a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, DVD player with monitor and en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower offering a rain shower system, double bowl sinks and hairdryer.

Living/Dining Room:Located on the main level the spacious living and dining areas are furnished with the sophisticated atmosphere of the South of France in mind with a Caribbean flair. The indoor dining area offers seating for 6 persons. For your entertainment, enjoy the plasma TV, DVD player, stereo system with CD player and iPod Dock.

Kitchen:The kitchen area is fully equipped with fridge (additional small fridge in the pantry area), stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, blender and a full supply of china, glasses, cooking utensils, crockery and pots.

Amenities:Nice views; located in a gated community, air-conditioned bedrooms; telephone; high-speed Wi-Fi access; plasma television with Canal Satellite (offers CNN), DVD player, stereo system with CD player; IPod Dock, safe, laundry room with washer/dryer, iron & ironing board, gas BBQ grill, emergency generator, alarm system, Air conditioned exercise room with treadmill and multi-station Gym. Please note due to the sensitivity of the washer & dryer, must request housekeeper to assist you...Will be an additional fee to be paid directly to the housekeeper.

Pool:The villa has a wonderful pool (13' x 30') and is a wonderful area for relaxing and enjoying the wonderful atmosphere. Enjoy the comfortable seating and dining area for 6 on the covered terrace area...There is an additional dining area by the gas BBQ grill available for you to enjoy as well. Comfortable lounge chairs are available by the pool plus a wonderful gazebo with additional seating for your enjoyment.

  Just back from a week at Villa Monaco with 2 other couples. 1st time on island and enjoyed the beaches and restaurants.
  Here is a recap of some thoughts on house and island:
  The View- can't say much more than it is a million $ view. From waking up in morning and watching the cruise ships come in to watching the evening sunsets, you could easily sit and be content in the backyard all day!
  Pool/Backyard - good sized pool and large deck area with numerous chairs/lounges with both sun and shade available. 2 large speakers provide music in yard as well. Covered outdoor eating area with table for 6-8. Also seperate BBQ area . Full bathroom accessible from outside so don't need to track water inside. Do get some bugs early morning and sunset so bring spray.
  Inside House: Kitchen had full range of appliances and ample counter space for food prep. Large dining area and comfortable living room with lots of seating and TV/Music.
  Bedrooms- 3 large rooms with ensuites. 2 on second floor and one on main floor that can only be accessed from outside. Beds were firm but still comfortable. Pleanty of towels , beach towels and linens.
  Maid - Molly will come 6 times a week if you wish. Your call on how often and what you want her to do. (clean, cook etc) Cleaning covered in rent, cooking etc not.
  Area: House is in a gated community and also has a gated entrance to the yard. House is situated on top of the hill so walking or running has lots of hills to climb. 2 minute car ride (8-10 minute walk) to nearest beach.
  Definitely need a vehicle. Although everything is relatively close still too far to walk.
  Beaches - 37 on island. we visited Long, plum, Rouge, Orient and Pinel Island. All our nice but differ. Most have chairs and umbrellas for rent ($20 us for 2 chairs and 1 umbrella) and beach bars/restaurants
  Food:
  Plenty of choices and price ranges. Suppers were usually $200-250 us for 6 of us. We had a great meal at Fun,Sun and Sand Restaurant in Nettle Bay (about 5 minutes form house) For a casual meal try Pineapple Pete's in Simpson Bay (conch fritters were excellent) We also had Fabulous Feasts cater at house one night. Chef arrives about an hour prior to supper with food prepared but cooks on the premises as well as serves and cleans up. They have varied menu with prices ranging for 65-100 per person
  
  Overall the house was good with only a few drawbacks (safe did not work, need new frying pans, gym is a treadmill in small room and did not work) but these did not affect the experience. Would reccomend the house and island to friends.
