We were very disappointed in the quality of the state of this villa. It had once been beautiful in it's day - but has been let go.
The open living area and kitchen was extremely "dirty" - finger prints on walls, counter tops yucky (tile with grout and the grout was gross), kitchen cupboards "dirty", windows/doors did not lock (with a placard saying to make sure to "lock" your doors & windows every night) - this beautiful property is just plain old tired.
The caretakers did their best to address our issues & were genuinely concerned and did their best. With such a beautiful view and pool (leaking) - it is a shame that it is just been let go so badly. (And it took 2 days to get the "gate" working as per a "gated residence"...)
When choosing a villa - ask how "old" it is - pictures can be deceiving...
But we did love our vacation and adapted to our surroundings, nevertheless...
