Belle Etoile is classic St. Martin retreat with a coveted position on the shores of Terres Basses.

The villa enjoys unobstructed views of the Caribbean and the entire northern shore of St. Martin. It is just minutes to the wide, soft sandy beach and to the town of Marigot.

A broad, seaside pool terrace is the most spectacular feature of Belle Etoile, which is an idyllic home for those who like to spend their time outdoors. The pool is shallow-entry – perfect for families with children – and rings around a spectacular rock island. There are lounge chairs and decking for sunbathing.

Set back from the pool is a covered vera...ndah area with seating and space for dining al fresco, as well as a day beds for lazy afternoons. The interiors at Belle Etoile combine Caribbean casual with continental elegance, fitted with luxurious details like tiled flooring and artwork. While everything is top-quality, the use of cool, natural colors offers a calm, laid-back atmosphere overall.

The state-of-the-art pool and hot tub system at Belle Etoile is completely chlorine-free offering a healthier and more comfortable experience for guests. The heat pumps for the pool are set to 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit) but please note that cool tradewinds may keep the temperature slightly lower and high outdoor temperatures with no wind may bring the temperature slightly higher. The hot tub temperature is set to reach 34 degrees Celsius (93 degrees Fahrenheit) and again this may vary due to weather elements.

  From the moment we arrived our expectations were not only met but exceeded..the grounds of this Villa were lush..beautiful and immaculate..We were greeted by a delightful group that was to become our staff during the stay..from accommodating the various diet needs with outstanding meals for our family..making special trips to town for special items requested to making certain we were directed to the best beaches..restaurants and excursions the island had to offer..we couldn\'t have been in more capable hands..everything was first class and everyone was poised to make certain our stay was a memorable one and that we felt right at home in this amazing villa by the sea..we look forward to returning again and again and again.. - Christopher and Makeda S., California, USA

  Our Stay at Belle Etoile

  The villa was the BEST yet!!!! The attention given to us by the chefs, and the house ladies was great, the food prepared by the chefs was wonderul, but most of all, the view was unsurpassable, and the accomodations couldn\'t have been better. We totally relaxed for one week!!! aMy only suggestion is that they work on the hot tub to make it much warmer, and also the pool. We weren\'t supposed to use the hot tub before 4:oo which was a little disappointing. Also, one of the rooms had a shower that was not hot. Other than those very minor problems, I would reccomend it to anyone, and all of us would go back again.
