Azur Reve is a spacious, luxurious villa atop Morne Rouge in exclusive Terres Basses. The name means "Blue Dream" and this home is a dream, with large expanses of indoor/outdoor living space for relaxation.

When you enter Azur Reve, you are greeted by a magnificent covered Great Room, entirely open on one side. There are ample sitting areas and a wet bar with mini-fridge, ice-maker and stereo for entertaining.

The view from the Great Room is over the pool to the sea and the island of Anguilla. Can be rented as a 2-3 or 4 bedroom villa.

Bedrooms Description

Three of the bedrooms in the main house open onto the Great Room. The master bedroom features a king bed and spacious ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The second bedroom with a king size sleigh bed and an ensuite bath with shower and carved stone bathtub.

The third bedroom has a king bed that can be made into twins as well as a private bath with shower.

The fourth bedroom suite is located below the main villa and is accessed from an exterior staircase. This suite is comprised of a large king size bedroom with private bathroom with shower as well as a private living area and kitchenette with state of the art appliances. There is also a gazebo with dining area just of the deck area of the suite.

Living Room Description

The kitchen, living and dining area are grouped together under one roof and also open out to the pool deck. A large, colorful wrap couch and hardwood dining table for eight complete the room. Satellite TV & DVD player. A fifth bathroom is located in the living room .

Bathrooms Description

Two of the bathrooms have tub/shower . The other bathrooms have shower only .

Special Event : This property can be rented for “special event” such as Wedding Party of Cocktail Party . Additional to one week minimum rental, an event fee & a security deposit would be required according to the number of guests . The guests will be responsible to clean the house after the event and the owners will not accept more guests at the villa than what the villa can accommodate during the entire rental period (2 pax per bedroom) beside the event day .

St. Martin offers a diverse culture since the island is divided into the Dutch-side and French-side. The French side has a more genteel ambience, more fashionable shopping, and a Continental flair. The Dutch side tends to be less expensive, has casino hotels, and more nightlife. There are lots of water sports available to you - diving, snorkeling, sailing, and windsurfing are all popular choices. And it's easy to spend the day relaxing on one of the 37 beaches, strolling the boardwalk of Dutch-side Philipsburg, and exploring the very French town of Marigot.
