Beautiful 3 BR villa with great view over Long Bay & wonderful sunsets. Thank you to conceige Marie & housekeeper Justine who made our stay relaxing & comfortable. Conceige service includes being met at the airport, a plus for those who do not know the island. Also arrangements for car rental delivery to the villa. A great villa with good size bedrooms, new bathrooms with indoor & outdoor showers, a favourite with everyone! . Location is great for wonderful restaurants on the French side, our favourite, with easy access to Maigot. Also very close to Porto Cupecoy with restaurants & great supermarket. We were with our 2 adult children & their spouses & all, equally enjoyed the amenities & access to local beaches. Also would highly recommend Friars Bay, about 20 mins away, with 2 beach restaurants, & beach facilities. Highly recommend Optimum Caraibe, our 2nd stay in one of their villas.

My husband and I vacationed at the villa La Magnolia with our friends in mid april. The location is absolutely spectacular; from the clean and well-kept poolside you can watch the ocean and see many picturesque sunsets. The villa itself is very homey and cozy and a great size which is a nice change from the hotel feel of many resorts. Everything was well kept and clean, the staff was very courteous and polite.
The villa is located in a very quiet and private neighborhood with security and is only 5 minutes away from both Long and Plum beach, which we found to be two of the most private and beautiful beaches in St. Maartin. Only a few minutes to the boarder of the Dutch side; cheaper food and other conveniences are close as well. Clubs, restaurants, and shops are a short 10 minute drive in Marigot.
The villa manager was very welcoming and informative and I highly recommend talking to her about restaurants and other destinations if this is your first time in St. Maartin.
I truly canβt wait to go back again.
