My boyfriend and I recently visited St.Maarten and had the privilege of staying at both La Bali for the first night and La Coral for the remainder of our stay. I must say we were truly impressed. Both La Bali and La Coral were gorgeous. Our concierge, Marie, met us on our arrival and was very friendly. She took us to the villa and was nice enough to map out the the best beaches and restaurants on the island since this was our first time visiting the island. The grounds were well kept and everything very clean. Both villas are located within the gated community of Terres Basses which allowed for privacy but with the convinience of only being a few minutes away from casinos, restaurants and night clubs. Booking with Optimum Carribean was very easy and Mr. Dube was very efficient and did a wonderful job of answering all my questions. We are definitely looking forward to visiting the island again in the near future.

My wife and I spent a week in La Coral after finding the property on Trip advisor. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. It is located in Terres Basses, a gated community of multi-million dollar houses adjacent to La Samanna on the French side of the island. Upon arrival we were met by the concierge who escorted us to the property. The house and grounds were very nice and extremely private. The house has two bedrooms and we were asked to choose the one we liked the best for our stay. We know the island very well, so we didn't require constant service from the concierge, but she did help us when we needed her assistance. Terres Basses also has a private beach only five minutes away. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided to us. Maid service was also included. My wife and I plan on renting from this company again and are thrilled to have found them on Trip advisor. They have many other beautiful properties suited for couples or groups of any size

Some small issues which were handled by Optimun staff. A beautiful property with view of the ocean in the distance and great sunsets. A great property for 2 couples. About a 15-20 minute walk to a nearby beach. We will book with Optimun again.
