Villa Monaco is a beautiful example of French St. Martin's most charming and inviting architecture. The main level offers spacious living and dining area which are furnished with the sophisticated atmosphere of South of France in mind in a... lovely combination of teak, wicker and wrought iron. As you enter the villa, there is a spacious, comfortable living area and dining area offering seating for 6 persons with easy access to the kitchen area. There is satellite TV, DVD player, Stereo system with CD player, IPod Dock, and a ceiling fan. From any point, you can enjoy the views of the pool and surrounding areas.
Large sliding doors open onto the outdoor pool and terrace area. This is truly a wonderful area for relaxing and enjoying the views of the Caribbean! Enjoy the comfortable seating and dining area for 6 on the covered terrace area...There is an additional dining area by the gas BBQ grill available for you to enjoy as well. Comfortable lounge chairs are available by the pool plus a wonderful gazebo with additional seating for your enjoyment.
The main level also offers a bedroom offering a king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom...Access to this bedroom is from the pool/terrace area.
In addition, there is a small air-conditioned exercise room with treadmill and multi-station gym that can be accessed from the terrace.
The upper level of the villa offers two bedrooms. The second bedroom offers a king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, DVD player with monitor and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom offers a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, DVD player with monitor and en-suite bathroom.
The villa is conveniently located and is a short drive to Marigot, the French capital and is easily accessible to Plum Bay, other surrounding beaches to include Baie Rouge and Baie Longue, restaurants and casinos.
