The condo was clean and very efficient. Nice view. We were there in the summer and there wasn't any air but it was fine.

We rented this condo in June 2014. The location to Grand Teton is great. We were able to drive in first thing in the am. We saw a lot of wildlife going into that entrance. There were also hot air balloons that landed across the field from the condo in the early mornings. Yes, it is up a few flights of stairs but that made for a better view! We had no problems with the temperatures in the condo because it was still nice outside. I would stay there again and I would recommend it to others as well. You just have to remember, it is a rental so the furnishings are not going to be high quality expensive pieces. We found it to be quite comfortable, charming and large enough for my husband, myself and two of our children ages 22 and 23. The only negative thing I would say, is the fact that the chandelier hangs too low over the table and we kept hitting our heads on it. We just moved the table a bit and took care of the problem. We got up one morning and there were two deer in the backyard and we also saw a fox crossing the street down by Teton Village one evening.

We had a nice time. The condo was clean and conveniently located. Everyone we contacted, at Jackson Hole Real Estate, was professional and nice. Two things were annoying though. The condo is located at the mountain. There is no key pick up at the mountain though. Guests need to go to the office outside of town. This requires multiple cab rides. The second annoyance was late checkout. No one was renting the condo my departure day. I asked for a later checkout than 10am. I was charged $50 an hour for this. This was an excessive charge.

Unit was fine and functional. Was not prepared for the many stairs required because I thought it was on the second floor. More like 4 landings and with large duffels it was a chore. Did not use the kitche. Bed was okay. Only one spot for parking every night. Liked the location in the village

The condo is comfortable and well equipped. The building is a little older and a couple of neighbors had their Tv's /stereos a little loud. On the third floor, so if you have lots of stuff/luggage to carry, it's a lot of stair climbing and hauling.

When I first opened the door, I was hit with a smell the lay beneath a chemical cover up.. Didn't think much of it at first being tired from the flight. Sat on the couch talking to my daughter on the phone I started to get nauseous..., again tired from the flight..., went to bed. Turned the bed down and the bottom sheet had black "grease like" like stains on it. Cleaned them as best I could and slept on towels. Terrible night sleep.
The next night while sitting on the couch I got very ill. Nauseous to the point where I crawled into bed by 6:00pm and was sick most of the night until I opened all the windows. Terrible night sleep.
The next night I moved out and into Snake River and didn't get sick and had a wonderful vacation.
The place is a dump..., dirty with broken electrical outlets that are overloaded with cords, a fire waiting to happen. Carpet has had something happen to it sometime in it's life..., that gives off a foul odor that to me made me sick to my stomach and physically weak. Mold, not sure..., but something for sure.

This was an unfortunate situation as it was a back to back reservation and the cleaning crew had just left. The weather did not allow us to open the windows prior to arrival and so there was a strong chemical smell from the cleaning products and this was the smell that affected the guest. We had a group come in a couple days after this guest and they enjoyed the condo very much and had no complaints.
The sheets were freshly clean prior to arrival and we also brought the guest another set as he was unhappy with them. The carpet does have normal wear and tear as many standard rental units obtain after the end of a busy winter season. It is scheduled for a deep carpet clean after the last winter guest leaves.

Close to slopes, shops, resturants and bars. Teton Village very accomodating, friendly atmosphere, cowboy vibe, great place to ski!

Generally a good experience. The condo was difficult to control the temperature, too hot or too cold. Check out was not clear with the key drop, we had conflicting information, and called to confirm that we could leave the keys in the condo. since we were told we could leave the keys we did. Apparently the cleaning person only turned in 3 of the 5 bus pass keys that we left and of course this caused a dispute. The literature and instructions on check should be consistent to avoid issues like this.

This unit provided us a great base for exploring Jackson, Teton NP and Yellowstone NP. Travelling from australia staying in Motels all the time gets a little 'old' so it was good to have a fully functional unit to make home for a while.
