  Privacy issues from parking lot, poor security/ door latches on

  The layout of this condo is nice. The kitchen/baths are a bit outdated but that didn't bother us. The unit, however, is on the ground floor adjacent to the parking lot. One side of the master bedroom has a large sliding glass door facing the parking lot. Parked cars are close, and facing the unit, so the lights shining in and people seeing in is a significant issue for the master. The path from the parking lot is right in front so there's a lot of foot traffic when people walk from the parking lot to their unit. We could hear every conversation from the parking lot and path. The parking lot activity generally stopped about 2am.
  
  There is no air conditioning (which you don't need...if you can open a window) so it was hot and stuffy if we didn't open the screen door. There are flimsy latches (as in old) on both of the condo sliding screens/ doors (the 2nd is in the LR). I'm sure the area is pretty safe but for this price of a stay I believe I ought to be able to securely lock the doors at night. The only other windows in the condo are 2 small windows in a back upstairs bedroom so you really need to open the sliding doors to cool the condo down at night. The whole building is 'tired' and in need of basic upkeep. This overpriced compared to other options in the area.

Our maintenance team has reviewed all of the locks and windows to make sure that there is nothing that is compromised. It sounds like you were here during a hot weather spell.
