Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Tensleep this past June. The condo was nicely updated and was so near the entrance of The Tetons. It was perfect for my husband and I and 2 older children. We didn't spend much time there other that sleeping but would certainly stay there again if in the area. Not too far from Jackson Hole as we could go there in the evenings after hiking during the day. The condo is fairly small but was fine for our purposes.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated and equipped home. It was convenient to Jackson, convenient to Grand Tetons National Park. We felt pampered while there. We did not use the swimming pool but that was nearby and was also very nice. Great place.

Our days and evenings in Ten Sleep were nice however it was the nights that were horrible. The main problem is how thin the walls and floors are. Every movement of the occupents around us could be heard. So much so that we could hear and understand some conversations. The biggest problem was the above occupant that moved furniture or luggage in the middle of the night. When I checked out the management asked why I didnt call and I told them because I worried about retalliation and the noises being worse especially since this happened every night we were there. The pool and spa was nice as was the view and walking paths behind the condos that you could take to town. I will not rent in Ten Sleep again...
However, I will use Rendevous Rentals and possibly ask first if there are quieter locations.Response from Rendezvous Mountain Rentals - 09/10/2011

This rental unit had everything we needed! Space, comfort and location. My time is short so I can't recount all the details, but do not hesitate to spend your vacation or trip in this complex.

We loved it here in Tensleep. Best bang for your buck in an otherwise very pricey area for lodging. The unit was like staying at home, with new bath and kitchen, all utencils for cooking etc. Best part was across the street access to the pool club which featured a huge heated pool and spa. Would defintely reccommend and hope to return!
