This nearly 3,000 square foot end unit three story town home was completely remodeled in late 2009. It's first owner was the former CEO of Merrill Lynch and it is located in the Upper Village just steps from the tram, gondola, Kid's Ranch Ski School and the village center, Snow Ridge One is beautifully laid out with top-quality appointments and high-end finishes. A dramatic stone wood-burning fireplace rises to the vaulted ceiling of the living area, which is equipped with a 42 inch flat screen Sony Bravia HDTV television and a custom surround sound system. A wrap around, partially covered deck with mahogany decking and railing surrounds the living room and kitchen. A small sun-filled office is located right off the kitchen and provides a private area to work or relax. On the other side of the entry foyer is a master bedroom suite with a king size bed and en-suite bath. Brazilian cherry wood floors and stairways are complemented by custom solid cherry wood doors, cabinetry and trim throughout. Beautiful hand woven tribal rugs, Native American artwork, and comfortable reclining leather sofas and chair complete the decor.

The top floor of Snow Ridge One consists of three bedrooms, all with vaunted ceilings. There is a second master bedroom suite with a king size bed, en-suite bath, and extensive built-ins.The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third has twin beds that can be combined to form a double. All of the bedrooms are equipped with flat screen cable televisions.

Snow Ridge One was a complete 'down-to-the-bare-studs' remodel in late 2009 using only superior-quality materials and appliances. It is a luxurious and well appointed ski and summer family retreat for the discriminating. It enjoys unobstructed views of the valley and surrounding mountains while being situated just 100 yards from the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. At the base of Rendezvous Mountain in Teton Village, just steps from the restaurants and ski lifts. Less than three miles from the entrance to Grand Teton National Park and an hour or so from Yellowstone. Fifteen minutes to the town of Jackson, thirty minutes from the airport.
