SydneyJust felt like home - again!
Left on 01/06/2013 for a stay in July 2011
This was our second stay at Coeur de Montmartre. We loved it on our stay in 2009 so came back. It was just as lovely: very homely, comfortable, quiet and, for Paris, spacious. Everyting worked too! The welcome pack was a treat and free use of internet and Voip phone a bonus. It's a moderate walk from abesses Metro Station but we're in our 60's and had no problems with bags etc. but the place would not suit people with significant mobility issues. Yetunde and all the staff were really helpful (felt more like friends than landlords, really) and they treated us to a fabulous, complimentary wine and cheese tasting.

A true Parisian Holiday
MississaugaTrue to it's name "Feels Like Home"
Left on 11/09/2011 for a stay in October 2011
Our stay was pleasant and most relaxing. The location enables one travel at ease within the public transportation to all major attractions. The local restaurants were okay, but we were most pleased with the specialized local food shops. One can have a romantic meal, good wine and listen to the music coming from the alley below...a true Parisian holiday...

Left on 08/21/2011 for a stay in July 2011
Whilst being small, the apartment had everything we needed, internet, telephone, stereo, plus all necessary equipment in the kitchen. A well presented welcome from the agent with lots of information and recommendations. Its situation was well placed to get a real feel for Montmartre.
Would definitely recommend this property, the only disappointment was a fee of 70 euros to clean such a small apartment.Response from Feels Like Home in Paris - 09/02/2011

So happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that you found it immaculate. We pride ourself of having top service. The cleaning fee is normally 60 euros but if you require the sofa bed which was the case here, it is 70 euros and is included in the quoted price and is not at all a surprise. Wouldn't want anyone to think that we spring things on them that were never mentioned. : )
Hope to see you again in Paris at this or another one of our apartments. -

Left on 02/15/2011 for a stay in January 2011
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coeur de Montmartre. The apartment was very comfortable and had a lovely feel to it. The location was fantastic. We really felt like we got a 'feel' for living in Paris, meandering around the quirky shops and gourmet food shops. We were spoilt for choice with both eating out and eating in options.

Nova Scotia, CanadaExcellent apartment and location
Left on 10/07/2010 for a stay in September 2010
After staying at Coeur de Montmartre, we will never use a hotel again when travelling more than a couple of days. The apartment had a full kitchen and a washing machine (which was extremely handy), and was located in the best part of Paris. It is located in what feels like a small, safe neighbourhood, especially after visiting famous Paris sights all day bumping into thousands of people. It really did "feel like home in Paris". We were met by Stacey at the apartment and treated to a bottle of champagne (it was our anniversary trip). Everything was as promised when we booked on-line. A very trustworthy organization and would stay with them again in a heartbeat!

San Antonio, TXGreat apartment and neighborhood!
Left on 09/28/2010 for a stay in September 2010
We stayed at the Coeur de Montmartre for 6 days in September and loved it. It was clean, well stocked and the bed was very comfortable! Feels Like Home Paris, the apartment managers, were excellent. Our only complaint was lack of clear directions once we got to the subway stop. My advise get a taxi!! The hills in this area are beautiful but no fun with luggage! The apartment was in a great area for restaurants and was walking distance to the Sacre Coeur. Beautiful hilltop views. Loved it!!!
Response from Feels Like Home in Paris - 10/02/2010

Provided with every booking confirmation is a map pinpointing where the apartment is located, the exact metro stop and the full address. For Coeur de Montmartre it is written on the confirmation that we advise the use of a taxi for your first arrival to the apartment.
It is true that we do not give step by step instructions from the metro stop on how to get up to the apartment (like turn left, turn right) but we give you direction written in French for you to show to your taxi driver should you follow our advise and use a taxi.
We are happy to hear though that this was the only complaint. : ) -

We loved this apartment so much we could hardly believe our luck. It's a historic building, beautifully maintained. It's close to everything in Montmartre, but on a quiet street. It's got a panoramic view of Paris, including the Eiffel Tower. The antique furniture and rugs are lovely. It's small, but the huge windows give it a really spacious feel.

Left on 05/19/2010 for a stay in November 2009
We really loved our stay at this property. Beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and the cityscape. Apartment was clean and very bright! The stairs (to the apartment building and up to the apartment) provided the justification to reward ourselves with croissant and pain au chocolat. Kitchen was well equiped. Plenty of space and we never felt cramped. This was our second time booking with Yetunde and Feels Like Home in Paris. She was exceptionally helpful, as usual! Will return to FLHP and this property.

If you are looking for an apartment in Montmartre for 2/3 people, you won't find much better than this. Perfect location in quiet street, easy walk to top sites, shops and restaurants, and Abbesses metro for easy ride into central Paris. Bright and airy, lovely big comfy bed, spotlessly clean and equipped to very high standard with everything we needed, and more.
This was our second booking with FLHP and wouldn't use anyone else now. Yetunde and her team provide a fantastic service. -

The Netherlandsexcellent location, perfect service
Left on 04/16/2010 for a stay in March 2010
We stayed in Coeur de Montmartre for one week in March and had a wonderful
time. The apartment is perfectly located at the "good side" of Montmartre, just
around the corner from Dalida's (French singer) residence and the Bateau
Lavoir. We were also very happy with the service of the agency, the amenities
(the welcome basket was such a nice surprise) and the luxury of the
apartment. The owners even left us travel guides which turned out to be
extremely handy. All in all, there's nothing really that could/should be
improved! We really felt like home in Paris! -

Stuttgart, germanyAn enjoyable week in Paris
Left on 04/14/2010 for a stay in May 2009
When planning our week in Paris, we came across this nice little flat called "Coeur de Montmartre". We, that is me, my wife and my 2 daughters (14, 18). The flat, though relatively small with an even smaller bathroom, was nice, clean and cozy - and well situated ( just a 5 mins walk from Sacre Coeur, close to the Metro as well ). Yetunde was available/reachable when needed and we have been taken care of in a very personal way.
All in all it was a perfect week in Paris and we felt just like being home in Paris ! Perfect setup !
Looking forward to stay there again. -

Matlock, DerbyshireA memorable stay in a superb location
Left on 04/13/2010 for a stay in August 2009
We used this apartment for our five day stay in Paris and it was the perfect location in
every respect. As a family of four with two teenage children we were concerned that
maybe the apartment would be too small; in fact the layout was such that we had
plenty of room and everything we needed. We loved the fact thet we coould stroll out
of our quiet street and within 2 minutes were in the hustle and bustle of Mont Matrtre
- which we did every evening. it was even possible to see the Eiffel Tower from the
living room window! Paris itself was a simple Metro ride away. We will definitely stay
in this apartment the next time we are in Paris -

Left on 04/13/2010 for a stay in March 2010
The service provided by Yetunde Oshodi of Feels like Home in Paris was excellent. We travelled on my wife's birthday which meant I desperately needed some flowers - no problem they were there when we arrived, PLUS a bottle of Champagne from Yetunde!
A delightful appartment for 4. The sofa bed was comfortable and easy to use and with separate access to the bathroom (not always the case in Paris) creates a good second bedroom. Montmartre is a vibrant area but the appartment is on a quiet street with no through traffic. Having internet access was suprisingly useful for finding restaurants, planning trips etc. We walked most places, discovering the best baguettes and croissants(different shops) in the morning and the best bar for a relaxing drink on the way home.

Left on 04/13/2010 for a stay in May 2009
Stayed for a week in early May 2009 and could have stayed forever. A lovely little flat just 2 minutes from the Rue de Abbesses - aptly described as " a village street in the big city".
It's an easy walk to Pigalle and the free electric bus (any Metro ticket covers you) gets you to Sacré Coeur in minutes. Although we did the Louvre and Versailles (and my wife insisted on Galeries Lafayette) we were happiest in and around Montmartre. Your choice of eateries is limitless but we were also happy to shop and cater for ourselves - the foodstuff available locally is of excellent quality.
Yolande and Joseph were excellent hosts and the flat itself was clean, quiet and well fitted with all you need for a city break. All in all I couldn't recommend this apartment any higher. -

Left on 04/13/2010 for a stay in April 2010
The apartment is nice, clean, well kept, with all necessary amenities and with a perfect location in the Abbesses quarter. (It even has a bit of a view over the city).
Unbeatable value compared to hotels in Paris (I've tried quite a few).
Booking and check-in is flawless, the people behind www.feelslikehomeinparis.com seem very professional and helpful.
I've stayed with www.feelslikehomeinparis.com two times during the past 6 months, and I would recommend them to anyone seeking very good value (and quality) accommodation in the Abbesses/Montmartre area. -

Left on 01/31/2010 for a stay in December 2009
From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Yetunde and Lara we felt very comfortable and informed about the ways we could explore Paris and its delights over the two weeks we were staying. The area was superb, quiet and yet close to all the food choices of rue Lepic and Abbesses.
The apartment was warm, comfortable and extremely functional. We truly felt like we were at home in Paris and one of the locals. We reli
shed the walks around the area and all over Paris. Deb & Don, Canberra, Australia. -

Left on 01/20/2010 for a stay in November 2009
Feels like home in Paris lived up to their name. We couldn't have asked for an easier and more relaxing place to stay - from start to finish everything was handled professionally. Yetunde was very easy to deal with and met us at the apartment which was exactly as described and was only minutes from the metro station and from the cafes and bars in Montmartre. Everythng was perfect and hopefully we will be back sometime soon.

Sheffield, UKReally in the heart of Montmartre
Left on 10/09/2009 for a stay in July 2009
This really was in the heart of Montmartre in an old cobbled street close to all the local history, as evidenced by the walking tours passing below the window. A few minutes walk to local shops, restaurants, historic squares, sacre coeur, the dali museum and the metro. You could not wish to stay in a more lovely area with great atmosphere and a very nice apartment. The hills make it unsuitable for the less able, but other than that it was a perfect place to stay - we greatly enjoyed our five days here. Next time we visit Paris we will definitely stay here again.

Left on 09/30/2009 for a stay in May 2009
From the moment we entered the appartment, we fell in love with it! The atmosphere, the quiet neighbourhood nearby a hot spot (Montmartre),everything was super clean, ...
We had a warm welcome, and the phone number of the contact person in case we needed something.
The children also loved it. Often they preferred to return to the appartement, rather than looking at all the beautiful spots in Paris! Feeding the doves, yelling "bonjour" to people on the street, taking a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower by night, ... It was our first city trip with kids and it was a success!
I really can't think of a negative aspect...
If we come back to Paris, we would certainly choose this appartment again. -

Left on 09/30/2009 for a stay in September 2009
Exquisite little apartment in a quiet cobbled street - very
chic and perfect for two. Brilliant boulangerie a stone's
throw away and easy walking to numerous restaurants and Sacre
Couer. Very well situated and peaceful, yet moments away
from all the sights.
Would have given it 5 stars had it not been for noise from
the flat above - on the last night the man upstairs kept us
awake walking back and forth above our heads literally the
entire night - ?a shift worker decorating through the night?!
