The place is a great location and economical prices.. Soo definetly worth the money.. The flat is in the 3rd floor and ideal for 2 people.. Everything is working well.. Just the bed and pillows could be a bit more cleaner.. That's the neagtive part.. On the other hand i recommend it to everyone..

Winnetka, ILAbsolutely loved it!

I rented the apartment for a week-long solo stay in Paris. Eric was very flexible and easy to work with, and quickly answered all of my questions. The rental price he gave me was fantastic --- I couldn't believe my luck when I compared it to the other prices I had been seeing. I loved the location of the apartment, on a quiet street in Montmartre. I couldn't have picked a better home-base in the city. Within steps I found loads of great restaurants, cute shops, rustic streets, parks and Sacre Coeur. Just around the corner was the grocery from the movie amelie, exactly as it looks in the movie.
The apartment was very simple, but very clean, neat and up-to-date. It's small -- like a studio apartment, with kitchenette, living room dining table and bed in the same room, plus a separate bathroom. For one or two people, it's just great. (Note that the shower is pretty tight -- not for dual showering or portly people.) The wifi was a great bonus. It made everything so much easier.
I would definitely rent this apartment again if I were returning alone or with my husband. And I would certainly recommend it to friends. It's a fantastic deal in a great location!

We stayed at the apartment in October for the Vendange. Having been to Paris many times in hotels, this was our first apartment stay and it was wonderful. Contact with the owner Eric was easy, and the arrangement to pick up the keys was to suit our arrival, even though we were early. The place was great, very well equipped and warm. It was exactly where we wanted to be, a short walk from Rue Des abbesses with its many restaurants and our favourite 'Vllage Bar', and also from the metro.
The apartment was spacious enough for 2 people to cook, dine and relax. Although on the 3rd floor, the lovely old staircase was no problem.
The owner had provided many brochures for things to see and do.
Good instructions for all appliances.
It was nice to return in the evening and be able to relax with a glass of wine.
We would recommend it to anyone and intend to return. -

I stayed in this apartment with my wife for 4 nights in May. We are in our mid/late twenties. Had absolutely no problems. Hassle free check in and check out. Apartment is modern, clean and has everything you need. The size is just like shown in the photos. It is not large, but comfortable enough for two people. It is a walk up to the 4th (top) floor but on the other hand that means that it is bright. You even get somewhat of a view of Paris out of the back window. It's only a few minutes walk from Sacre Coeur and the metro. The neighborhood was safe and there is some famous little grocery just 30secs away that was apparently featured in the movie amelie. Internet was a little slow, but who cares, we only checked emails anyway.
Would definitely recommend this to others. -

Toronto, Ontario, CanadaFantastic location, great apartment for two!

This apartment was a fantastic stay for the two of us in the heart of Montmartre!
We enjoyed the apartment for its great location in Montmartre as well as its convenient spot near the metro, which is just a few stops to get to the Lourve and other great sights. Montmartre is a fantastic place to stay, especially for the food and night life. The amelie grocery store was just around the corner for some tasty treats and grocery shopping! The area also felt very safe, which is important while on holidays in a foreign city. We felt comfortable going out at night and returning to our quiet street by ourselves.
The apartment itself is very clean, well decorated, modern and has all the amenities to make it a very convenient stay. It was perfect for our long days of sight seeing and easy to come home, watch some TV and cook a nice meal in the kitchenette. All the tools were right there for us to use.
We really enjoyed having the convenience of a dishwasher in the kitchen, a washer/dryer for our clothes and the sky light created a wonderful, bright loft atmosphere. A perfect place to stay & make ourselves at home as we were there for two weeks.
Our Parisian hosts were ever so wonderful and made us feel at home, they were very helpful with all of our questions. There was even a nice guidebook (custom made) in the suite to introduce us to all of the amenities and the local sites to see.
A nice touch was the local pink champagne available in the suite, you must try it!
I would highy recommend renting this apartment to another couple. A perfect place to stay in Paris! -

Edinburgh, United KingdomFantastic, well equipped little base for exploring Paris.

This is a wonderful apartment, and is perfect if you are a couple (or reasonably close friends) who want to visit Paris, but want to avoid overpriced and unfriendly hotels.
The owner, Eric, was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The booking process was very easy and reassuring, I am often wary of paying large deposits before seeing a property but Eric provided a rental contract and proof of his identity in advance of payment, which I appreciated.
The cost of the apartment was very reasonable. Cleaning was included, and there were no hidden extras or problems getting back our security deposit (which was payable by cash or cheque and given back to us on departure.)
The apartment was compact, but very well equipped. Everything was quite new, and worked perfectly. There is everything you need for cooking etc, even a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A free wifi connection is available, and though we didn't use the TV, there was one there. A very helpful and thorough guide to all the facilities in French and English is available in the flat.
The location is one of the best things about the flat, it really is in the heart of Montmartre, very near a huge variety of bars, restaurants, charming little shops, the Sacre Coeur, and "Abesses" metro stop. A guide to Montmartre with information about some of the things to do in the area is available in the apartment.
Only one thing went wrong during my stay, which is that I got lost finding the property. (It turned out that I was actually in the right place, but my map did not show the fact that the "street" i had to turn on to was actually steps. I'd like to thank agnes, who was due to meet me at the property and had to meet me at the metro stop (only a few minutes walk away) instead.
(By the way, if you are adverse to hills/steps, avoid Montmartre! I was glad of the chance to walk off the croissants, but the apartment is at the top of three flights of stairs.)
Overall, I had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again.
