Our studio is located close to Sacre Coeur, in the secluded enclave of Villa Dancourt. Its private courtyard brings a peaceful contrast to the busy and active trendy area where young Parisians live and congregate and is a favorite of tourists. From the Sacre Coeur you will love the magnificent view of Paris.
The apt is on the 3rd floor with elevator. It is completely remodeled, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It is totally equipped (see details and photos below) and can accommodate 4 people.

This was a perfect apartment for my family of 4, during our 3 days in Paris! The apartment was cozy but comfortable, very clean, had everything we needed and the location was great! Best prices on souvenirs, close to the metro and Moulin Rouge, and the Sacre Coure is right up the block!!! Francoise, the owner, was extremely helpful when renting the apartment! I would definitely recommend staying here!

This apt. is in one of the best. most fun areas of Paris. The apt is very clean and modern and completely equipped. The kitchen has everything you need. The area is full of restaurants, shopping and night life.there are 2 metro stops that can take you to anywhere in Paris.

This apt.is in 1 of the most Parisian neighborhoods in Paris. Everything is in walking distance including 2 Metro stops. The apt is clean and modern with every modern convenience.The beds are surprisingly comfortable.There are so many good restaurants in walking distance that it's hard to choose. My favorite was Le Durer 2 minutes walk. Lots of night life. We loved it. I will recommend it to all my friends. Not like a rental more like a home.

This studio is efficient, ultra-clean and ideally located for the best of both worlds - exploring Paris and relaxing and living like a local in your cozy apartment.
Dozens of wonderful restaurants, galleries, food and wine shops are all within a short walk. Ride the tram to the highest point in Paris for spectacular views and watch local artists at work.
The bus stops just steps from the front door; Metro stations are just down the street.
