Wonderful place and smooth transaction to acquire it. The location was key; stores, restaurants and the metro were all very close by. The neighborhood is ideal for a big city like paris...close to what you need yet still far away enough from the big city hype.
Definitely recommended for a Paris stay! -

It's a nice and big room in 16 arrondissement, the bed is comfortable, the owner is very kind. There is a small supermarket very closed to the house which is also open Sunday morning. The neiborhood is very safe. Good for a family with child.
