Suitable from 1, 2 or 3 persons, well located in the tourist, famous and Parisian Montmartre area.
The most important point for me is to provide you a comfortable apartment, where you can have a great rest, to enjoy Paris better. After my lot of travels, I well know what people need to find and have when they rent apartment, so I put it in my apartment to rent for your plaisure.

Famous Montmartre district is one of the most romantic place in Paris, where you can walk with you wife or husband, see and feel the old Paris. Climb on the hill to the Sacre Coeur Basilica ( 10 min walk from the aparmtent).
You will enjoy the area for french shops, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, fashion, square in front of the building, and the rest of the city by metro or bus less than 1min from the apartment. Metro Station is Guy Moquet line 13.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience while in Paris, and Sylvain's place made that all possible... Before our arrival Sylvain emailed us instructions on how to access the accommodations, After a short taxi ride from the train station (€10), we arrived and had instant access to the apartment. A short walk around the block and we found a laundromat and cleaned all our clothes. Then walked across the street and at lunch whil our clothes were cleaning. All this was within 100 yards of the apartment. A quick walk up the steet maybe 200 yards and we found the Lamarck Metro station, for €20 each we bought a 3 day (3 zones) metro pass that took us everywhere we needed to go. The bed was comfortable, especially with the extra blankets and pillows that were available. The place had pretty much everything we needed from a clothes iron to wine glasses. Our last night in Paris we stayed at a hotel about three miles away, and the whole time I was missing Sylvain's place. I would defiantly stay there again, the price was well worth the value.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It is was pecfectly located in Montmartre. Close to the metro. The apartment was very confortable for our family of 4, with everything we need, like airdyrer, iron, everything to cook. Booking for 3 will give you more space. Good connection to internet wifi and cable. Check-in, check-out, and the return of the deposit, were done very professionally by the owner. Shops, groceries and restaurants are all around. I recommand the Square Marcadet Restaurant. :) We definetely recommend the place!
