It is near to the “Parc des Buttes Chaumont”, Paris’ Central Park, very nice for a relaxing stroll.
You are very close to the famous “Parc de la Villette”, a lively and cultural a rea. Indeed, you can find the Cité des Sciences, where take place entertainments, exhibitions, projections of movies (La Géode). There are a library and the very nice “Cité des enfants”, for the awakening of children. You also can discover the “Cité de la Musique”, where you can enjoy various kinds of concerts, conferences, workshops.
Then the Conservatoire de Paris, ideal place for the training of artists and creativity.

Impeccably clean, very posh 4 star flat! Nespresso machine & iPhone dock were very appreciated. The staff, George, helped us book trains, taxis and restaurants. Buttes Chaumont park, favorite hang out spot with tapas bar Rosa Bonheure, is just around the corner.
Excellent value for money for this Parisian nest!

We had a lovely time in Paris staying in this flat. George was extremely helpful and the flat was clean and very modern. The only concern was the safety of our toddler when keeping the windows open. Apart from that would happily stay there again. Location was excellent with all amenities close by.

My girl friend and I have just come back from our Paris trip and the apartment was one of many highlights.
Everything was perfectly organised and you are welcomed by a lovely chap called Georges. He does not speak fluent English but with some kind of imagination and sign language you are good to go. He definitely is a welcoming and heartedly pson that immediately puts you at ease.
As for the apartment one can straight tell away that it has not just furnished to suit some odd traveller's needs but that people had lived in it. It is almost as if you were waking up in your own apartment, seeing the sun coming through your windows and getting ready for breakfast. There is a fully equipped kitchen that you can use to make your scrambled eggs and a Nespresso machine is there for your coffee. All in all just a good start.
The quality of the furniture and appliances is extraordinary and it is definitely clean. I am somewhat picky and I could not even make out limestone stains in the bathroom. Good job, Georges!
A mini bar is available at fair prices also and free WiFi is provided. Very helpful and convenient!
The only slight drawback is the location, if your main objective is the daily tour to the Eiffel tower. Other than that it is good again - especially for the airport connection.
All in all, a definite yes to this apartment. -

We spent a week at the Pix1 flat and were wanting for nothing! The kitchen was well-appointed, not just with amenities, but with *quality* amenities. If we visit Paris again, we could definitely consider staying here again.
We booked this apartment through Paris attitude and were a little overwhelmed with the flurry of pre-stay emails. Having stayed in apartments in a dozen countries, I was ill-prepared for the paperwork that accompanied this one!Response from Hugo - 03/16/2012
