Paris is one of my favorite destinations. This time I enjoyed it to the maximum thanks to our stay in this studio.
First, the location is perfect just next to the two most imprtant streets champs elysees and saint honore. It was very practical to me to walk all around. It is also less than 2 min. away from the metro station.
Second, the studio is in a charming building with a garden and in a very quiet neighborhood. It was a pleasure to wake up every day and have my coffee there.
Third, the service was excelent. The studio was spacious and very clean. The furniture is brand new and all untensils were availbale even laundry. The owners are a lovely couple whom I was very pleased to meet. They were always available for any request or help.
My stay was a wonderful experience and it allowed me to experience the real Parisian lifestyle.

We rented this apartment for several days at the end of September. The location is in a prime area (steps to the Champs Elysees) and the metro is a block away. There are tons of restaurants in the neighborhood, a couple of grocery stores and boulangeries/patisseries everywhere!
The apartment is close to all of the action, but tucked away in charming complex. It is very clean and comfortable. Jad (the owner) is extremely accommodating, friendly and hospitable. He provided us with a map of the area and several recommendations of nearby markets and restaurants. The unit has complimentary wi-fi, a flat screen tv, Nespresso maker, washing machine and comfortable living area. The windows are heavily insulated, so it is extremely quiet and peaceful inside the apartment.

We had a lovely stay in this little appartment hidden in Paris, this unit is located litterally 2 minute walk to the Champs Elysees so extremly close to lots of restaurants and bars it is also very close to a few metro stations which made travelling around Paris that much earier. If you want a hot shopping spot again plenty to explore here. The owner met us at the unit after a late afternoon trip from London, he was very accomodating and friendly. I cannot wait to go back!

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in this lovely cute studio right next to Champs Elysees.
The studio is very well maintained and looks exactly same as the photo. The location is perfect !! We could walk to many places days and nights.
There are many shops/cafes/restaurants.
The wifi in the studio worked very good as well. Jad was also very kind and helpful. Definitely want to come back to Paris and stay in this studio once more !

Accessible and convenient are operative words to describe this apartment. Mere steps (about 10 - I counted) from the heart of Paris, it is safe, easily connected by the metro, surrounded by plenty of meal options of varying budgets and of course a skip from the shopping belt and tourist attractions that we all come for (or at least I did). It also is surrounded by a large number of hair salons. Strangely.
Regardless, other than the necessary conveniences, the apartment is sufficiently furnished to ensure that your stay is comfortable and Jad, the owner, goes the extra mile to be your personal guide to Paris and not just "the landlord”.
I definitely appreciate the hospitality and flexibility offered as it makes the trip more than just about going to 'Paris'.

I came to Paris for the marathon and this was the perfect place to stay. Only two blocks from the Champs (and starting line), nice and quiet, fantastic, bathroom, kitchen with everything, comfortable bed, great building, wireless, and even free unlimited calls to the States. Jad was also great and always available. Highly, highly recommended. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

The title of this apartment says it all. This studio is more than "charming" it is perfect! The location is fantastic, a 3 minute walk from the Champs Elysees and a perfect place to start your day. From the apartment you can go anywhere. A fantastic price for your stay! No complaints.

When I was looking for a rental place I emailed multiple owners, Jad stood out because of his promptness and his helpful replies. He made efforts to try and accommodate our request of an early check in! He met us promptly at the site of the property. The apartment has a small bedroom with a sofa, kitchenette and a bathroom. Location was unbeatable right off the champs Elysees. 2 min walking distance from the metro. The area was safe.
The only con would be that the bathroom roof was leaking and pealing paint but a small annoyance but not inconvenient. The kitchen was well equipped. Internet was fast and efficient. It had a washer and dryer which was a blessing. The apartment was quiet. It faced a courtyard and did not get much sunlight which meant that we did not get disturbed by the crowds of people out side and slept well! Had was early reached through out the stay and was willing to answer any questions about places to eat or any other advice. Would definitely stay here again ! -

We stayed for 3 nights in this apartment that is just as lovely as described. Everything was smooth - from the enquiry, reservation, check-in and check-out. Both Jad and his fiancee are extremely nice and quite helpful. The apt is very centrally located, close to metro, supermarket, restaurants, bars and shops. We were 3 adults and found it just fit us fine. Would recommend this apt to anyone without hesitation.

The location was outstanding and the service was equally good. We are very independent seniors, I do all of our trip planning,and we love our doing our thing. This provided us maximum freedom. We toured every day. My husband loves having his breakfast in seince he has dairy allergies. I love the cafe and croissant scene. The Corner Cafe was great and the Boulagerie Gourmande had to make the best Pain au Chocolat anywhere. What heaven!! Thank you Jad and our friends for recommending this place.

Its location is excellent. The room provides all necessaries even washing machine. The only disadvantage is its located on 2nd floor where only accessible by stairs.

The apartment offers a tiny, centrally located option for a stay in Paris. Jad and his fiance are friendly, helpful and charming. Ideal for two people- a little crowded with three. This is an authentic traditional Parisienne apartment with beamed ceilings, wooden floors, a winding staircase and internal courtyard. Quiet and secure.

We couldn't have found a better location for our week in Paris. My sister and best friend shared this cozy studio apartment and enjoyed the spacious bathroom, secure entry, laundry facilities, and comfortable beds. The apartment was very clean and had enough closet space for the three of us to store our clothes for the week. Other than some water damage on the bathroom ceiling, the apartment was perfect. Jad and his fiance were very accomodating on check-in and check out. Many thanks for a wonderful stay in beautiful Paris!

Stayed here for four days/nights and to be honest, wish I could have stayed longer. This is the perfect spot for a short weekend trip like we had or a longer 7 day plus trip. It is close enough to everything to walk or you can hop on the metro which is a block away. The location is perfect and far enough away from the main street so you don't get a lot of noise and traffic. Room was spacious with a full kitchen, just feel bad we didnt get to use it. Jad and Lamma are awesome and gave great ideas on where to eat and what to see. Will stay there again next time we're in town.

Very nice studio appartment and a great location to stay when visiting Paris. Great neighbourhood with a near by grocery store, great bakery and Champs-Elysees just a few steps away.
Located to 2 nearby Metro stations to take you where you vant to go. Host is very professional and available to all your questions during stay.
Definitely would recommend to couples going in Paris ...

We spend four days in this apartment and we found it just perfect.
Everything was close by. From the museum to the night clubs and cafès.
The welcome from the owners was warm and reliable.
They have been very interested in making our weekend a pleasent stay.

A place where I would definitely stay, when I visit Paris again. It is located exactly on Champs Elys?es, literally few minutes walk to Franklin Roosevelt, one minute from the best boulangerie, where one can enjoy the fresh pain au chocolat and croissant and 10 minutes walk to Jardin des Tuileries. The apartment was extremely clean and very well furnished with its queen bed and a couch. I literally felt like home with all the equipments, such as the flat screen, fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, hair dryer, hot water and even towels were available. The young owners made my stay very comfortable, they were very professional, extremely friendly and helpful. This is simply the place where I want to be, when I visit Paris.

Great Location with public transport few min. away!! The space is sooo lovely, spacious, clean modern and very comfortable. You can also add your personal flavor to it (sth you can't do in a hotel room) which makes it more special.
The two tiers stairs is not so bad, after all you are in Europe and this is how it goes :)
You might be a visitor but I highly recommend it for a pure Parisian experience! Enjoy! -

Don't be surprised to see this apartment is rated high on all its attributes. It was a lovely experience for my fiance and myself who wanted to spend 4 days in Paris!
We started our journey with a warm welcome from the young owners of the apart. They were both extremely nice and personable. We weren't rushed and they took the time to get to know us both and helped us getting settled in. We were so pleased that the apartment was true to the pictures and was fully equipped. The furniture is very tasteful, modern and comfortable.
The wifi worked great which made calling and planning very easy. Having stayed at a lot of these places I was really impressed with the cleanliness and maintenance (I'm a neat-freak, bordering on OCD :p)
The location is perfect (Champs Elysee, subway, transportation...)
I guess the most important thing is that the owners (Jad & Lama) were extremely accessible throughout our stay. None of this felt business-like or dry. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't think twice about using this place or recommending it to others! -

Pros:
+ Location! 5 minutes walk from champs-elysées and closest metro station (Franklin Roosevelt). Paul bakery around the corner,...
+ Very well equiped studio: fridge, TV, washer-dryer,...
+ Friendliness
Pro with a con: facing an inside court so no street noise, but no view either.
Cons:
- Cleanliness: bathroom superficially cleaned , stains on mirror, toilet not clean (a must!), tabs spotted, shower drain clogged,...
- Overall state: wore out, not very wellcoming.. humidity stains on wall, door reluctant to close (in Paris!), broken lights..
- Noise: Every 5 minutes from early in the morning till late at night, you hear the subway passing. Very uncomfortable.
Our conclusion:
The studio formula is an excellent alternative to a hotel, especially with (a) child(ren). Some good pros but the important cons outweigh and make us not wan't to stay here again.Response from Jad B - 11/18/2010

We are more than surprised about the unfavrouble comment. As even the mentioned Pros are not objective: Champs Elysees is less than 2 minutes away (as per google maps - 235 meters).
Concerning the cleanliness, we always double check after the cleaning lady and make sure that everything is perfect.
The comment above leave us really surprised, especially that all previous guests have regularly complemented the cleanliness, the calmness and the comfort of the apartment. (cf. other reviews).
As for the door, it was a bit hard to lock (although could be shut easily), we had it repaired.

I was concerned about leasing an apartment from someone I didn't know. Jad was great. He arranged to meet me at the apartment when I arrived in Paris. He let me check in early so I would have a place to leave my bags.
The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos. There is plenty of space for one or two people. Lots of storage space for clothes. The location is great. Easy walking distance to two metro stations and within a block of restaurants and a grocery store. The neighborhood is very safe. I would definitely stay here again. -

I rented this apartment with a friend over the summer, we spent two months in Paris going to school there and for us it end it up being ideal,the location was really great, it had easy access to two different subway lines but is also close to many attractions plus the neighborhood is full with restaurants, bars, grocery stores and places to go in general, the apartment itself is comfortable clean and it has everything you could need plus the owners were always attentive and helpful during our whole stay. There is really nothing wrong I could say about this place, I will really recommend it, I had a great time there!!!

The air France bus from CDG ,a very short taxi ride from Charles Etoile, being met by the charmingly helpful young owners at the apartment which is unbelievably a 1 minute walk from the Champs D'elysees - this is the way to begin a stay in Paris! And a clothes washer and dryer, too. What more is there to say? Did I mention the value - is there a way I could give 6 stars for value?

The location of this studio was excellent. While it was a small space it worked fine for my husband and I and allowed us to have a genuine Parisean experience. Coming from australia, we are used to larger living spaces.
The owner of the studio was so very helpful to us and went out of his way to ensure appropriate hand over of keys etc.
We would recommend this studio to others, either a person travelling solo or a couple like us. -

This apartment was fantastic! It's a beautifully renovated studio in an amazing neighborhood right off the Champs Elysees where bars and restaurants abound. It's only two blocks from the Franklin Roosevelt metro stop, so it's very easy to get anywhere. It had so much character; from the old Parisian stairs, to the original wood beams in the ceiling and the original wood floors. Note that there is no elevator in the building.
This is the type of place that you want to spend time at, even though there's lots to see and do in Paris. Keep in mind, the place is not huge; but three adults can stay very comfortably. There is one queen bed and a couch that doubles as a twin bed. The bathroom is really beautifully done, and pretty large. The shower is a little small, but the water pressure and the hot water were excellent. The owners equipped the apartment with a large flat screen tv, free wifi, and speakers for your mp3 player. You'll seriously feel right at home.
There's also a great washer and dryer in a small adjacent laundry room directly across the hall that's just for the apartment. There's a key that you use to access the room, so it's also a good place to keep your suitcases. Since we were going on to other locations following our stay in Paris, we were able to load up in the morning and come home to clean clothes. It helped us save time and money!
The best part about this apartment was having a kitchen to cook our meals. It was an adventure going shopping at one of the two grocery stores or the bakery just steps away. I know that not everyone will want to cook on vacation, but having a small apartment made us feel like true Parisians.
The owners were absolutely wonderful! They were not only professional but accommodating, and very sweet.
What else can I stay-- look no further, this is the place for you. It's an amazing apartment and staying here will make your trip to Paris special and truly memorable. -

The owner is very friendly and welcoming and explained to me all the details about the studio and even the neighborhood.
