We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was clean and spacious (by Paris standards). We took advantage of two grocery stores close by to stock the very workable kitchen, saving a bit by not eating out all the time.
This is in a very active, youthful neighborhood. Lots of bars, restaurants within walking distance. The downside is noise at night, especially in the front room. Closing with windows helped a lot. Although, one night there was a big, loud fight with several men on the street right by our apt. at 04:00 (bar closing time). We didn't feel threatened, but it continued for about 45 min and made it impossible to sleep.
Having two bathrooms was a bonus, although the bathroom off the bedroom was only usable as a toilet and shower. The sink is tiny and impossible to use as a vanity. Also, the shower gets the whole bathroom wet.
Negatives aside, I'd rent this space again. The Halldis people were relatively easy to work with although requests for extra towels went unanswered. We didn't have a phone so all our correspondence was via email which worked fine. They even arranged a taxi for us for our ride back to CDG. -

Apartment worked well for us (4 adults), so close to Champs-élysées for us to watch the Tour de France.
Plenty of good restaurants and bars close by. Metro stations very handy. -

The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and very well located. We had an excellent stay. The windows might be a little dangerous for young children. Also upon arrival, after a very long flight, the apartment was being cleaned when we were supposed to walk in. In the future you should plan to receive the apartment at least 2 hours before the next customer arrives to be able to clean it on time.

El departamento es exactamente como lo muestran las fotos, elegantemente decorado, cómodo, instalaciones y equipamiento completos y en excelentes condiciones. La ubicación es inmejorable, a una cuadra y media de Champs Elysees y de la estación de Metro; en una zona tranquila rodeada de restaurantes, y negocios para hacer compras. El servicio del personal de Halldis fue excelente, tanto para la recepción como para la salida (puntualidad y asistencia y asesoramiento en cuanto al funcionamiento del departamento). Definitivamente repetiría la elección de este departamento en otro viaje a Paris, ya que creo que es perfecto!!

Reasonable price combined with great location. Aprtm. is clean and modern, service is ok, you are in 1 minute on champs-elysees - bars, restaurants,shops, farmacy 24h around the corner.fantastic!
Busy and crowdy streets and neighbourhood but great for people who like it. Bedroom is very quiet. The living room wasn't perfect for sleeping there but okay for a short period. -

We just came back from our trip.
This apartment was perfect for the 4 of us, each couple had their own bathroom which is alwasy important.
The couple that slept on the living room said it was noisy since there are 2 bars crossing the street, they had to sleep with the windows closed and it was hot.
but over all it was an excellent place. I would definitelly come back. -

The service and the apartament were as described on the web site. The apartament is 2 minutes from Champs Elysees, no need to say that the location is esceptional very close to the center of Paris and its touristic atractions.
Our host, Alessandro Buonocore was very friendly and helpful.
The apartament has a realy good internet conection and has everything that you need.
We will not hesitate to use the booking service from Halldis again.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks on our recent trip to Paris. It was very central to great shops, restaurants and cafes.
There is a great boulangerie on the corner, with the most delicious burre croissants. The resturant opposite the boulangerie "Velvet" is also a winner.
The appartment was comfortable with a homely feel to it, and it had everything we needed for our stay. -

Apartment was recommended and was perfect for 3 adults - great location was able to walk to all sights easily, and close to shopping/restaurants. Very comfortable beds, even the sofa bed in lounge.
A little disappointed with the confusion re check in time and ended up paying extra fees sadly - so be aware.
No decent wine glasses - only 2 very small old grotty glasses. Did point this out on check in but nothing done to rectify while we stayed. We did recommend that owners upgrade glassware. -

We were met at our holiday rental apartment right on time. The orientation and checkout procedures were pleasant, brief and straightforward. We really liked the recently renovated decor and ameneties of our one bedroom apartment. The kitchen and laundry facilities were everything we needed. We particularly liked the generous storage in the main bedroom which allowed us to stow our gear and bags out of sight. We were joined by friends on the last 3 nights of our stay and having a separate en-suite for the main bedroom as well as the main bathroom meant everything was very comfortable. Our friends also remarked that the pull out bed in the sitting room was quite comfortable too. The location was central to everything and we were pleased to find the metro stations for 2 lines within one block. There were only minor downsides; being - the location on the 3rd floor accessible via stairs shich always seemed longer after some of our big walking days; - absence of a phone in the apartment; - the only english programs available on the TV were CNN and BBC news on the television (which we didn't plan to watch too much anyway).
All in all a very enjoyable stay with excellent service form all of the Halldis staff in Milan and Paris. -

We found the apartment to be terrific. Our shuttle from the airport was delayed and we kept the agent waiting but Daniele couldn't have been more helpful and considerate. We were close to bars, restaurants and the metro but when we closed up at night it was quiet. Quite a feat all things considered. Daniele from Halldis was wonderfully helpful with all aspects of our holiday and we look forward to returning to Paris next year with friends.

We selected a Halldis property after extensive internet research. The company has international experience and after cross checking there were no significant negative comments that could not be remedied through being more knowledgeable as to life in Paris in advance to a visit.
The property we rented was a welcome home away from home. Preliminary financial dealings were handled professionally and the Halldis representative was helpful in dealing with the specific details of our visit. The Paris team made us welcome and made some suggestions as to how to have an enjoyable stay.
After the initial stair climbing with heavy luggage the apartment turned out to be just what we needed. It was clean, tidy and fully equipped. The bedroom is at the back away from the sometimes noisy street. Two bathrooms speeded up the morning prep times and the living area was a welcome refuge after a strenuous Paris day. The kitchen was well equipped for any meals, snacks or packed lunches we wanted to prepare. After experiencing cramped hotel rooms in previous visits we had a much better Paris experience and were pleasantly surprised as to what can be found just a couple of blocks off the Champs Elysees.
Two cautions: The location could provide a couple of days of transportation challenges to new visitors to Paris but pre-planning and experience will soon remedy this. And last, the washer/dryer takes longer to cycle than North americans might expect! -

Great Location and reasonable price for this one bedroom unit. Close to 2 Metro lines and shopping. Unit was tidy with super clean bed linens. Bathrooms were spotless. Halldis staff were great and very helpful. The only drawback was that we felt the unit could use a deep cleaning in order to deal with dusty shelves, picture frames, etc. Also there was a nasty sewer smell at times in the stairwell leading up to the apartment. Still, on balance, these were minor issues.

Lugging a suitcase up to this 3rd floor apartment is well worth the effort if staying for more than a few days as there is much more space than a hotel double the price, plus a fully equipped kitchen & laundry, a boulangerie downstairs & supermarket a short walk around the corner. It was the perfect location for exploring Paris with a metro station within easy walk and free wi-fi to map out plans. As a solo young female, I felt completely safe even when walking in very late at night. This apartment would easily accommodate a small family or two couples.
