Welcome to our spacious private room in the 10th arrondissement of Paris!

*Food not included*

Cova will be your friendly host. She lives in the apartment and works in the same building.

This double room holds a large, comfortable bed, a wardrobe, a TV and a computer with internet ac ess.

You will be able to use the dining room, bathroom and kitchen of the apartment.

If you need to wash clothes, there is a washer installed in the kitchen.

The neighborhood is extremely pleasant to the traveler: Literally only a few footsteps away you will find typical Parisian cafés (“Chez Jeannette” for example, Indian Restaurants, fruit stalls, several supermarkets, a pharmacy…and a lot more!

You will find that the location is also perfect to get around in Paris. Not less than 3 metro stations can be found within 5 minutes walk. The train stations Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est are also accessible by foot.

For arrivals by plane, I can arrange airport pickup or car rental if required and would be glad to provide answers to your questions, please contact me.

My calendar is ALWAYS up to date, last minute reservations are welcome! I am online on my PC and phone in order to reply quickly.

Erik was a nice host and was very flexible about letting us check in and out at times that suited us and our travel plans, which was much appreciated. The apartment is in a great spot in the city and has loads of restaurants close by. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The wifi connection worked perfectly.

Erik was an excellent host and our apartment in the 6th Arrondissement was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of choices for dining close by, the Carrefour market is only a few blocks away, as well as major landmarks like the Louvre and Notre Dame are an easy walk.   We were really lucky to find this nice apartment, located very conveniently in the centre of the city. Walking distance to Galerie Lafayette and Opera. Clean, well kept apartment. No traffic noise, window facing inner yard. Very nice landlady who despite our languageproblems made us feel very much at home.
  The service regarding the rentalprocess and during the stay worked extremely well. Will definitely return some day.
