A nice two room flat surrounded by a balcony, 55 m2, near Place d’Italie.
15 mins by walk from " Notre Dame"., 10 mins from "quartier mouffertard".
Price (all included) :
720 euros a week (+ 75 E for housekeeping)

15 mins (by walk) to « rue Mouffetard » (one of the middle age parisian area) and Place d'italie ( mall for shopping)
15 mins (by walk) to "Notre Dame" (10 mins by bus or bike) and the "Cité Island" . Which is, in my opinion, the most pleasant Paris place. You can t come at Paris without visiting Notre Dame and its surroundings . Should be actually mandatory.
20 mins( by walk) to Luxembourg palace and its garden

The apartment was really comfortable and well equipped.It had a good balcony.It is conveniently located in Place Pinel and is close to three metro stations(walkable distance).There is a supermarket in the adjacent building which indeed is very convenient.The apartment can comfortably sleep 4 people.It is a located in a safe,peaceful and friendly area.Marie was very helpful and professional.

We had a very nice stay in this apartment. The managers Marie and owner Oliver were gracious hosts, meeting us on time to give us the keys and show us around, as well as making sure that we got off OK to the airport on departure (with a return of the cash deposit), without a hitch. The apartment is family-owned, clean, and well-cared for, and the balcony with flowers was a big plus in adding a sense of spaciousness. The flat is on the second floor by elevator and is secure requiring a electronic door key (nice!), and faces the rear of the building so is sheltered from street noise. My 18 year old daughter and I stayed there, so we used the one bedroom for her, and I used the fold out of wall Murphy bed in the living room (some rearrangement of furniture required). Since we stayed for 9 days, the washing machine and dryer were appreciated. The wireless internet was excellent. The water was always hot, but the bath tube with short shower wand was my main complaint, since like most travelers on the go, we would have much preferred the modern option to take a shower. The other reviews are correct about the very close supermarkets (especially the short walk to clean and well-stocked Carrefour), the butcher and baker, and there is also a nice small Italian restaurant across the street that has excellent pizza. Out front, the small, circular Place Pinel was under construction which was not great, but it appeared the work was proceeding quickly and that this would soon heighten and improve the neighborhood quite a bit. Overall, this is a recommended stay for a good-value quiet apartment off the beaten path (plan on 45 minute metros with connections to main tourist sites), a very convenient metro connection on the #6, and the all the necessary amenities for a 1 week or longer stay.

We were late arriving but were nicely greeted by Marie and spouse. Great location for baked goods, Chinese food and butcher next door! We were located across the metro and we used it get around to many parts of Paris. Just minutes away to anywhere!! Lots of space for a couple and the balcony was wonderful! It was easy to adjust to the nice surroundings in this apartment! Bed was comfortable after hours of walking! Would recommend this location to anyone!

La ubicación es optima para desplazarse con facilidad por Paris,el departamento tiene todas las comodidades para una estancia comoda, y en las cercanias hay varios luagres para compras e inmediatamente abajo una Boulangerie con uno de los mejores baguettes de Paris.

We arrived at the apartment at 9:45 PM and the owner was there waiting for us. Everything went as planned. The apartment is not near any big tourist attraction but is within walking distances to three Metro stations. We had a wonderful time in Paris.

This was a return visit to this apartment;my husband and I stayed there with 2 of our chilcren in 2007. The apartment was as we remembered it and has been very well maintained.We has a very comfortable stay.

Great flat - beautifull, confortable, with Metro stetion near by. Under the building a supermarket and bolonjery.

at the end it happens that i pay for the money transfer to my bank and i also pay for the money transfer to your bank???
