Stayed for a month in this great apartment in a wonderful Parisian neighborhood. Market outside front door three times a week and convenient shopping area only two blocks away. Good local cafes and restaurants plus two nearby metro stops to get you wherever you need. Valerio was a great host and responded to our needs promptly and kindly. The apartment had everything we needed for a month stay and was comfortable and well appointed. The building was well cared for and very secure in a safe area.

We've stayed in this studio for three nights and both the host and the studio didn't let us down.
Pro:
Easy and quick email communication with the host, a very cool man!
Newly refurbished airy studio with fully fitted little kitchen and bathroom, comfy bed with large sofa, you can't really expect more...
Very close to two metro stop and restaurants. Fruit/Veg market just in front of the door every Thursday and Sunday.
Check in and out was easy and quick.
Con:
The only downside was we can't get used to the french square pillows..a bit to soft..probably it is the matter of personal taste.
We were a bit too tired to climb up 5th floor everyday due to lack of lift! However we rekon it 's understandable that the studio was in a old parisian building and you are not allowed to put a lift inside.
Anyway, it was a pleasure to stay in this place and we'll definitely come back. -

Me & my husband stayed in the studio for 7days, along the day, we enjoyed our stayed in the studio.
Great studio complete with all devices & clean, convenience location where the studio is near to one of the convenience metro, nice owner and his very helpful. Besides that,a morning market just in-front of studio, restaurants & mini mart along the road.
Definitely will recommend to all, it's really a great place with reasonable rate. Will stay there if i'm back to Paris!!Response from Grazyna Perl - 06/08/2012

My husband and I stayed at this studio for 7 days and it was fantastic. The area is peacefull and quiet and that was really important for us, because after long exhausting day od sightseeing Paris we needed a good sleep without any noise. Everything was really near, just few metro stations away from the studio, so location was more that great. Studio is equipped with coffee maker, kettle, toaster and cable television. The owner was very friendly too. Anyway, I would recommend this studio to anyone who wants to visit Paris and we would surely come again:-)

After our glorious week staying in this flat, we agreed that we could not possibly have picked a better place if we'd spent weeks agonizing over the choices.
We loved everything about this place - the space itself is beautiful, tasteful, and relaxing. It's chic and classy. The flat was sparkling clean, the bed supremely comfortable, and the kitchen was exactly the right size for doing simple cooking andstoring goodies from the incredible street market that happens regularly throughout the week right out the front door of the building (that was the best!!). This place very quickly felt like home.
The kind host could not have been more hospitable, helpful, and accommodating.
We appreciated, too, the incredibly beautiful light that comes into the flat and the view of trees, Paris architecture (you can see Sacre Coeur Basilica from one of the two huge tall windows in the flat), and the marvelous Gobelins neighborhood. The flat has every possible modern convenience yet it sits in a beautiful and thoroughly charming old Paris building. And the walls must be as thick as can be, as it was beautifully quiet. What an oasis!
A great surprise to us, too, was what a phenomenally fun neighborhood the flat was in. Walking distance to a little supermarket, the Monoprix, that marvelous street market on several days of the week, and best of all so close to two subway stops. Paris by subway is fantastic and we really appreciated that on the rainy days we only had to walk across the street to the subway to make the Paris world our accessible oyster. And after a day of trekking the city, it felt great to come "home" to our gorgeous flat for a few hours of napping on the comfortable bed, gazing out at the view, or just lounging around.
We absolutely adore this flat and the location - and would stay there again and again if we are so lucky as to return to Paris again.Response from Grazyna Perl - 06/23/2012
