Posto veramente stupendo, il quartiere (Marais) è bellissimo e la camera è uno spettacolo.
L'appartamento è situato in una tipica casa in stile parigino (3° piano), tutte e tre le finestre affacciamo sul silenzioso cortile interno.
Il bagno è veramente bello, unica pecca non ci sono finestre.
Alexandre, il gestore/proprietario è piuttosto disponibile. Vengono messi a disposizione un cellulare (con chiamate incluse sia verso cellulari che verso fissi) ed un computer portatile da noi mai usato.
Il wi-fi funziona alla grande.
La zona è stupenda e a pochi metri ci sono un paio di supermercati dove fare un minimo di spesa. In più c'è una brasserie che resta aperta fino a tardi a 100 metri.
Veniamo ai pochi aspetti negativi:
1.- la cauzione (giustificata dalla bellezza dell'appartamento) di €1000;
2.- il pagamento anticipato;
3.- la mancanza di elasticità quanto ai late check in / late check out.
In pratica si possono chiedere solo dietro cospicui corrispettivi.
Diciamo che in questo i cugini d'oltralpe che gestiscono l'immobile hanno imparato a muoversi...
Leggete bene tutte le condizioni prima di prenotare.
Ciò detto, se dovessi tornare a Parigi riprenoterei qui al volo. -

As a group of four friends we knew we were taking a risk booking a 1 bedroom apartment but it was perfect. We spent the majority of our days and evenings (as most tourists do) out and about enjoying Paris, the apartment was all we needed. Two of us in the bedroom and two of us on the sofa bed worked well. Once the sofa bed was folded away we all had plenty of room to get ready, eat and chill without getting in each others way. The location is ideal, close to 2 metro stations, restaurants and designer boutiques. It was lovely after the hustle and bustle of New Years Eve in Paris to come back to such a quiet, peaceful and tranquil setting. We received a lovely warm welcome from alex and had excellent communication throughout booking and during our visit. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay here on my next trip.

The apartment is conveniently located near the St Pauls metro stop and situated off the main street in the back of the court yard so it is quiet. There are lots of patiserries, restaurants and some stores for retail therapy closeby. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It may seem small, but the apartment seemed larger than it was. It was the perfect size for my girlfriend and myself. We loved the homey feel of the design and decor. It was comforting to come back to at the end of a long day of sight-seeing. It was great to have a full kitchen for the odd meal prepared at home and a washer and dryer for a fresh slate of clean clothes. The bed was oh so comfy and inviting. We slept like babies and woke up refreshed for the next days activities. The bathroom was luxuriuos, from the heated towel rack to the double sink (convenient for couples) to the very nice wood finish shower. On the technology-side, it was great to have a laptop at our disposal and blackberry for long distance calls and for carrying around with us. Alexander was very accomodating, accessible and friendly. There really isn't anything negative to say. If we come back to Paris, we will undoubtedly give alexander an email to book again at Le Moment.

Die Wohnung war für zwei Personen wunderbar. Alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen. Wir wurden sehr kompetent empfangen, es wurde alles erklärt und gezeigt . Die Lage mitten im Marais, wenige Schritte von Käse- oder Weinhandlungen, Bäckereien und Blumenläden, tolle kleine Läden und Restaurants. Und trotzdem im appartement absolute Ruhe.

We absolutely loved this charming place. It has so much character in every way and couldn't believe our eyes when we stepped inside. It's a small one bedroom in a 3rd floor walk-up setting with courtyard view and therefore very quiet. As soon you step outside the building, you're fully immersed into the hustle and bustle of Rue Saint-Antoine with lots of activity and an array of boulangeries, supermarches, fromageries, brasseries, etc...you can't ask for more.
Besides the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, including a stacked Bosch washer & dryer, you also have a laptop and Blackberry at your disposal. Initially we didn't really care for the BB but the built-in GPS map comes in very handy.
All in all it couldn't have been more perfect from start to the end of the trip. A sincere merci to alexandre for hosting a true gem! We definitely we'll be back! :) -

We stayed here for 1 week in June.
The apartment has just been renovated and everything is in nice condition. It is 5 minutes walk from Bastille and St Paul Metro, and is surrounded by restaurants and shops.
The apartment provides everything you need such as wireless internet, laptop and phone with free call and text. The host alexandre is very responsive, accessible and helpful.
Definitely a nice place to stay in Paris! -

I stayed at Le Moment with 3 girlfriends in august. Even though it is one bedroom and two of us were on the sofa bed it wasn't too cramped and was very comfortable. The apartment is beautifully furnished and looks brand new.
The location was perfect! With a supermarket just down the street a minute away, plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and a metro station only a few minutes walk away.
It really was ideal and we couldn't have asked for anything more.
Alexandre the owner was a pleasure to deal with and it was very easy to book and arrange everything - he even provided details of how to get from the airport to the apartment.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Le Moment again next time i return to Paris and I would highly recommend it.

Our stay at le Moment in le Marais was excellent! The apartment is quaint but was all the room we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and having a kitchen and washer/dryer proved quite convenient. The location in le Marais cannot be beat, very close to many fabulous restaurants, shops and the Metro, as well as some of Paris' most famous landmarks like Notre Dame, the Louvre and the Bastille. We even discovered that the apartment is just down the street from where Jim Morrison once lived! Our host, Alexandre, provided excellent service and was very accessible via phone and email throughout our stay, which was very helpful, especially for booking dinner reservations. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend le Moment.

The service from alexandre who met us was excellent. The apartment itself although relatively small was furnished superbly with quality throughout including the appliances, linen, towels and kitchen utensils. All the appliances you would need are available including a laptop and mobile phone with free calls.
The location in Marais is very central and walking distance to many of the sites including Notre Dame, the Seine River, place De La Bastille to name a few plus a multitude of cafes and restaurants. Musee D'orsay along with St Germain and
The Latin Quarter are in close vicinity and walking distance if you enjoy a good walk. There are a number of underground stations nearby to easily explore the rest of this beautiful city including the "must see's" the Eiffel Tower, Arc De Triumphe and Montmartre district/Sacre Coeur.
Unfortunately as with many big cities in the tourist area's do not stop to sign petitions etc particularly being approached by "kids" as you may find your wallet/purse missing. Overall abeautifully decorated quality flat in a great location. The apartment is very secure however no lift which was no concern in or case. -

We booked this apartment in the Marais at the last minute in March. We had difficulties to find good 1-bedroom flats in St Germain des Pres and we wanted to stay central. In a few hours, their customer service organized our stay at their place, the airport transfers, the complete tripplanning for the whole week etc. The check-in and check-out process worked well, we did not wait for the concierge at all.
The apartment itself had a relatively average size but was centrally located and very near to St Paul metro station where we walked every day. The equipments in the kitchen and in the bathroom (washing machine, dryer) matched our standards, the apartment was very quiet (with trees in the inner courtyard) and we had a great time in this neighborhood (there are 2 bakeries nearby, several "Cafes" and restaurants...). -

We stayed at the Marais apartment for 5 nights during the winter.
First, the apartment is very well decorated and beyond average in terms of equipment.
Then The apartment is very well connected to the metro, only 5 minutes walk to St Paul station. My girlfriend loves shopping and the Marais district was perfect for that: most shops are open on Sundays and you can find unique clothes in the fashion designers shops.
Also there were 2 bakeries near the apartment, lots of restaurants, shops, cafés... and the Seine river was only a few blocks away.
Check-in and check-out were done smoothly and we were offered help by the concierge to carry our bags downstairs to the taxi.
Overall a great place to stay. -

I stayed there with my wife and young daughter for new year‘s eve. It is a premium location, very central. Bastille or Notre Dame is less than a 5 minute walk, the rest of the city is quickly accessible by the Metro. The flat has been renovated so it is in excellent condition and the equipment is great (they even give you a laptop and a mobile phone).
