in 2012. Judging by its modern appliances and chic decor, it's hard to believe it's in the very oldest part of Paris!

The apartment consists of two bedroom suites with bathrooms, each of which has a large shower, and a toilet. Wifi, cable TV, and telephone, as well as sheets, towels and a final cleaning are included int he rent.

The Ile de la cité is the fabled birthplace of Paris, where the Parisii, a Gallic tribe, lived before the Romans arrived in the 1st century AD.

Today, the island is still remarkable for its old-world ambiance:

Prices vary between 2400€ and 3400€/ week depending on season and duration of stay.

The rent includes: long distance international phone calls (free on landlines), wireless internet, hot water and electricity 24/7, cable TV (including international channels), household linens/towels, soap/shampoo and starter sets of household items like paper toils, toilet paper, and dish soap.

50€ cash fee for after-hour check-ins (after 7pm/before10am, plus all day Sunday and on French holidays)

Baby cot rental possible for 50€ per week.

Mid-stay cleaning included for 10 nights or more.
Daily cleaning optional.

Payment by cash, wire transfer, and credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD) are accepted
