A nice, spacious and sunny apartment very well located just in front of Ile Saint Louis, with a great view to the river La Seine.
It s located in the heart of Paris Le Marais : you just need to cross the bridge to be on Ile St Louis, by walk, it's 5 minutes from Place des Vosges or Notre Dame, 15 to Pantheon or quartier latin...
The apartment is like a little loft. A big llivingroom with high ceiling, a bedroom under the roof, an american kitchen with all you need, a dining aera, a large sofa... It s on the 3rd and last floor of a little bulding (no lift).
This is a perfect place for a couple, for a romantic trip in Paris.

Probably one of the best location in the city.
From the apartment, you can walk almost everywhere because you re so central.
The aera of le Marais is the old part of the city, the heart of the city. It s very charming aera with little streets, lot of restaurants, shops...
If you want to go to Saint Germain des Pres, it s 15 minutes by walk, following the quai of La Seine.
There s a shopping street for food 3 minutes from the apartment. You ll bind there a good bakery, cheese shop, veggies shop... and all to enjoy the french food.

We stayed here with our 6yo for 5 nights & it worked very well for us.
It is perfectly located 5 mins walk into either the Ile St Louis or the Marais.
Near a play ground & the river & it has a river view.
On a good metro line.
Comfortable. Surprisingly quiet.
Very pleasant welcome.
We had a happy stay.

This apartment is close to many things and areas : Marais, Île de la Cité
Hôtel de Ville Moreover the subway station is few meters from the door ! Concerning the apartment itself its view of the River Seine
is really nice, the size of the apartment is enough for 2 people
and even If the TV didn t work well and that we couldn t close one window

From my initial online reservation request to my late-evening check-out, I could not dream of better service and accommodation than what was cheerfully offered with this lovely property. I have traveled to Paris on many previous occasions; this is by far my favorite accommodation experience - a true home-away-from-home in the center of Paris.
The architecture of the apartment is authentic and gorgeous; exposed beams, vaulted ceilings, generous space, and rich materials make staying here a truly rewarding and comfortable experience day or night.
The personal service offered by my the owner and her agent was courteous, helpful, and very efficient. I felt quite at home thanks to their kindness.
The location of the apartment is terrific. Located with a view of the Siene, it is only steps away from the metro, supermarkets, restaurants, and the street life of the Marais district.
I highly recommend this property and hope to return one day very soon. -

Apartment located in a central location, opposite the beautiful Ile St Louis and close to Notre Dame and therefore within walking distance to many key sights (Louvre, St Chappelle, Pont Neuf, Musee D'Orsay, St Germain, etc...).
Internally the apartment has an open plan living space incorporating living room, kitchen and dining area. A small bathroom and separate toilet is on the same level. Upstairs is the bedroom area with a TV. Decor throughout is delightful with many interesting objects to admire. Wi-fi was available throughout our stay.
Reservation and booking was very easy and Cecile happily answered any questions very promptly, also providing great recommendations for restaurants and bistros in the neighbourhood.
If you wish to sample the Paris lifestyle with the one you love I can imagine of no better place to stay.

I stayed in this appartment in february 2013. it is 50 meters walk from the nearest metro station and 5 minutes walk from Saint Paul and Bastille. Really the most typical part of Paris with nice shops and restaurants.
The appartment is absolutely clean with real bathroom (and good water pressure in the shower). The kitchen is well equiped and the sofa is comfortable. You will enjoy a very nice view on the "Seine" as well.
You will also find a supermarket less than 2 minutes walk from the appartment.
I really enjoyed it and i'll be back for sure!!! -

My best kept secret is no more.
I have stayed at this beautiful apartment on several occasions.
During this period I was happy that not many people knew of it.
This selfishly allowed me to book, pretty much when I wanted.
Now, the secret us out, more lucky people like me have discovered my favourite place in Paris.
Not only is it a charming apartment, it is perfectly placed to get around town by foot or by metro. And if you don't want to venture too far, there are numerous tourist must sees, amenities, restaurants and bars within 5-10 minutes stroll.
This place helped me decide which is my favourite city in the world. Paris.

I found the apartment to be extremely nice, comfortable, stylish and very cozy.
The location is also extremely convenient with easy access to metro and located right in the center of Paris.

We stayed here for 3 nights and both love this appartment.It really feels like a home away from home and it has that Parisian feel to it.
Location could not be better,in the heart of Paris and only 1 minute walking to the nearest metro station and supermarket. We will certainly come back here on our next trip to Paris and can recommend this place to anyone who does not want to stay in a sterile hotel room that could be anywhere in the world.
