Fully renewed studio flat in the very heart of old Paris, on the Island, "Ile Saint Louis" overlooking a quiet courtyard.
A few footsteps to all major attractions (monuments, museums, dept. stores,........), you never hesitate to come back "home" just to rest or have lunch and leave again.
It is like a small village in the very center of Paris.
Many galleries, restaurants, famous Bertillon icecreams, creperies, bakeries, butchers, unique cheese shop, bookstore, flower shop, boutiques ,right on the corner of our street.
An english speaking assistant is at your disposal during your stay.

On the river Seine, overlooking a quiet courtyard, you are on the charming island Ile-Saint-Louis, just next to Notre-Dame-de-Paris, in the heart of Paris. this 4th floor studio apartment is charming, bright, south-faced, elevator-accessible. It is tastefully decorated and features new parquet flooring and antic doors and cupboard. the apartment overlooks a quiet private yard. You enter into the living-room (south-facing) where two large windows overlook a private courtyard and where you'll find a sofa-bed and a second bed which can be put aside or separated. the separated kitchen has been also fully renovated and is fitted with all modern conveniences (fridge, electric oven, induction, microwave) and all the cooking an eating ustensils you'll need. the bathroom, renovated is complete with a shower and sink. The toilet is separated. A separate little room can be used for storage.
Public transportation (metro, bus, train) is easy to access and walking on the Ile-Saint-Louis is the most sceneric in Paris.

I want to share with you that I felt a really good+save atmoshere in this very quiet flat,full of daylight and elegant antic details that makes the charm of the place.
On top of it the flat is completly renovated with new bathroom,new kitchen with all modern amenities,new floor + bed + furnitures.The location is perfect to discover romantic Paris 5 min walk to Saint Germain-des-Près.The area is nice+save:many"Epiceries"(grocery stores),"Boulongeries",Patisseries,famos ice maker Bertillon,art galleries.I would defintly love to live in this cosy flat.
