Great location in the heart of Paris!
Wonderful location! Within walking distance to amazing sites, shopping and cafes - with a main metro line just around the corner. The fantastic Monoprix, close by, was also perfect for grabbing groceries/wine/supplies for the apartment. The apartment itself is small but very cozy. Perfect for two. The pullout sofa is comfy! Having a washer/dryer was great as we were heading to London for a week after Paris. It was nice to arrive with clean clothes. Iron/ironing board/coffee-maker, linens were nice and fresh. Towels were plush. There is no lift and the stairs are a bit tricky to navigate with luggage - but we did it all well smiling and remembering we were in beautiful Paris!! It's only stairs. Check-in and check-out was easy. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome.
Great location and price. Karen made this easy from the start, she was always an email away with any questons I had before taking the plunge and reserving the apartment. I usually stay in hotels but this time I decided I wanted to have all the comforts of home. The location of this fully equipped apartment is close to shopping and the many tourist sites. The bathtub is especially great after a long day of walking around the city. Don't let the pull out bed fool you, it is very comfortable. I really would stay again.
Karen's 2 bdrm apt on Rue Greneta in 2nd arrondissement/district
I come to Paris yearly and have stayed in many vacation-apartments and I have to say this was one of the best experiences I've had. The owner Karen's hospitality and helpfulness put the icing on the cake. The apartment is clean, chic, sunny, comfortable and very safe with two separate door/intercom entries. Inside is very spacious for a French apartment and has 2 nice size bedrooms. It also is equip with all the amenities I needed to feel at home; a refrigerator, 4 burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, cable TV w/ English channels, and free calls to the U.S. I found the location of rue Greneta in a surprisingly great area of town which has now become one of my favorites. The building itself is tucked away on a small, quiet street, but it's literally only about 15 steps from all the bustling action taking place on the shop filled Rue Montorgueil. Bakeries, boulangeries, chocolatiers, fruit stands, grocery stores, crowds of pedestrians and rows of cafes. It is central to everything. 3 Metro stations are near, one being at the massive Les Halles shopping center which has train lines leading in every direction throughout the city. If you are a walker like me, you can also walk just about anywhere from here within in hour or less. I walked to the Champs-Élysées, down to the arc de Triomphe which took me about 45 minutes. I also walked over to a nearby movie theater on the rue Rambuteau to see an English-language movie. Rue Rivoli, one of the most popular and biggest blvds in Paris is also very near. I walked daily to the 3rd and 4th arrondissement, called the Le Marais area, and strolled across the Seine to St. Michel and Saint Germain in the 5th and 6th district to do a little upscale shopping. If I get the opportunity, I will be staying at this location again. It literally is the center of Paris. Thanks Karen for everything and for the opportunity to stay here and have such a wonderful experience in the greatest city in the world!
Spotless and cozy studio in a perfect location
We stayed in Karen's studio in Rue Perronet as a couple for 5 nights. At a first glance, the studio looked too small, but till the end of our stay we found it, although tiny, comfortable enough for our needs and we just couldn't leave it.
The apartment was so clean and neat, very much equipped, from a very comfortable bed and clean and cozy linens, up to full kitchen, washing machine and hair dryer. The location is perfect; in a quiet, pleasant street right on the heart of the trendy, lively, Saint-Germain area, surrounded with lots of shops and cafes. We hardly used the metro (although there is a very close station) since most of the main Paris attractions were in a walking distance away. Last but not least - Karen and Gilles were so warm and helpful and truly gave us the feeling that we are welcomed guests.

Extremely Comfortable rue Grenata apt.
We really enjoyed your apt. The neighborhood, packed with gourmet shops of cheese, bread, fish and meat were so lovely to check out and came in handy to pick up our fresh breakfast every morning. We found a couple of lovely restaurants that were comfortable after a long day of exploring and the proximity to the underground was ideal for getting around in the drizzle. The apt. itself was so clean that my white socks stayed white after walking around and it was just the right size so we had some room to move around. Lastly, the beds were very comfortable. So, really we couldn't have been more pleased. We would definitely stay in this apt. again if we visit Paris!

Review of 6 Rue Perronet
Just returned from my stay in Paris November 15-21, 2011. Had an amazing time in Paris and loved, loved, loved the apartment. Karen is an incredible landlord, and you will find all the comforts of home in this cute, European-style apartment. The apartment is located in a very posh area of Paris and located around the corner from lots and lots of cafes and shopping. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the apartment and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. The next time I am in Paris, I know exactly where I will be staying.
Very nice place in a great location
We stayed for a few nights last summer. The apartment is a bit small, but on a quiet street. Very clean and modern. You can't beat having a kitchen and washer-dryer in the middle of a long trip. The bathroom was a bit small for a 6'6" person like myself, but not the end of the world. The location overall is just great, and in the middle of everything.

Thanks so much Karen for a fabulous apartment in the heart of the Left Bank! It was so easy to walk everywhere, and I loved that the most incredible chocolat chaud and croissant was just a short stroll up the road at Cafe de Flore. The bath was particularly indulgent - perfect after a long day of walking! And so much shopping! Can't wait to return to Paris someday soon!
As a seasoned traveler to Paris, we loved the central but 'away from the tourist traps' location of this apartment. It is a small apartment but was more than adequate for our week long stay as we spent most of time sight seeing and it's location proved to be excellent as it was great to stop 'home' in the afternoon for a break. For solo travelers, this apartment would be so ideal for a longer term stay. We were impressed by it's sparkling cleanliness! and loved the convenience of having a washing machine which was also spotless. The departure cleaning was a breeze as Karen provided good cleaning products (referred to as 'easyoff bam' in aust) - mostly just spray and rinse off. Karen is a warm and friendly host, nothing is too much trouble and we were glad to have someone on hand for any queries we had during our stay in Paris. You do get used to the stairs, great for working off the one too many pastries from the boulangerie around the corner!

Excellent location, amenities, & customer service!
My husband and I stayed here for our "baby moon" and first trip to Paris. Service: Karen was easy to work with and responsive from the start. She was easily accessible by email when we were still in contact from California - answering all kinds of inquiries from local weather to transportation. When we finally arrived, she took time to explain the apt as well as the surrounding area and even a full overview of current local events. Location: Was perfect for what we were looking for! It was easy to find using Karen's thorough public transportation directions via metro. We walked everywhere and never even used a cab! Restaurants are plentiful, the river is right down the way, the Louvre and D'Orsay Museums are also not far. We took long strolls in the eve in the pretty streets home each night. Ammenities: Bed was superb! This was no simple "sofa bed" - mattress is really firm, and we had a great night's rest. We kept the window open for the nice breeze. We are both heavy sleepers, so the only thing I'd caution is that doing that may be a bit noisy if you are a lighter sleeper - though the street is a smaller one off a heavy one. The washer and dryer was also a great perk. We were headed off to Italy afterwards, so it was a lifesaver to keep our packing at minimum to be able to get some laundry done! Finally, the place is a very comfy and small space. So, while it was not massive in size, it was clean, highly functional, and the neutral decor made it just a natural "home" away from home. And, Karen's genuine hospitality made it especially warm.
Our wonderful stay in Paris
Despite some hesitation we bit the bullet and went down the apartment route for our trip to Paris. And we are so glad we did. The place was wonderful and central and as described, perfect for our stay. The assistance and communication with Karen and the landlord was first class and prepared us wonderfully for our stay. We always felt re-assured through her prompt replies and welcoming demeanor during the booking process and during our stay. We trust Karen and would have no hesitation using her again for our next stay in Paris.

great apartment, host, and location
My girlfriend and I stayed in Karen's apartment for 5 nights and had a great experience. Karen greeted us personally and showed us how to work everything in the apartment- she is incredibly nice and always available (she personally replaced a hair dryer that was broken and delivered it to us).
The apartment itself is great for a couple. It has every amenity and was newly renovated, very clean, and is a great use of space. The bed is very comfortable. The windows get tremendous amounts of sun and look out onto the beautiful street.
The location is just about perfect. You are in the heart of Saint-Germain, and yet on a relatively quiet street, and you are 2 blocks from the Seine. Lots of cafes around the apartment.
Excellent location and perfect for two!
My husband and I stayed at Rue Perronet in May 2011. I chose this apartment after hours of researching hotels and being dissatisfied with what I was finding. The location was perfect; well within walking distances to most museums and sites. We knew going in that the apartment would be small by american standards, and it was, but that was not a problem at all. Having a well-equipped kitchen, internet access, a full shower/tub, and a closet in which to hang our clothes made this a great fit for us. The apartment made for a nice and comfortable "home away from home" and Karen was very easy to work with as well as very responsive to any questions and needs that we had. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment, great host and perfect location
We loved our stay at Rue Peronnet. We were welcomed (and helped with cases) by Karen our host who was very warm, friendly and helpful from start to end of our stay. As well as giving us all the initial information we needed, she was available (and responded quickly) at all times via email or phone if we had any questions. Due to our early morning departure we arranged to receive our bond money on our later return to Paris. Karen 'put herself out' by personally delivering it to us-thank you Karen! The apartment was perfect for us. It was in a building with lovely character, was modern and very clean inside and had all amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. It's situated in a quiet street (nice to look out onto), with cafes, restaurants, bakeries, market, shops, metro etc nearby. The area of St Germain des Pres is wonderful to explore and many other 'treasures' of Paris are within easy walking distance (or using Metro if you prefer)- the Seine, Isle de la Cite, the Pantheon, Jardins des Plantes, Luxembourg and Tuilleries, Muse des Louvre, Georges Pompidou and D'Orsay, Tour Eiffel, Champs Elysees etc. The apartment was lovely to return to at the end of the day. We will definitely stay again if we return- preferably for longer than a week next time!
A fine "pied a terre" in Paris
Perfect location, perfectly clean, convenient, very comfortable bed in a quiet street. And Karen is a perfect host!

Cozy apartment in a great location
My husband and I stayed here between Christmas and New Years and really enjoyed our stay. Karen was gracious and gave us a lot of good Paris pointers. The apartment was clean, efficiently set up and comfortable, perfect for two. We had a wonderful time walking the streets of Paris or hoping on the Metro, warming up in museums or popping in the cafes and eating a lot of great food. And of course the location can't be beat in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Pr?s.
New York City
worth every penny
The apartment is a bit small (by american standards) but perfect for two people. Great location, near by several metro stops and just off St. Germain Blvd. The space is very clean and stocked with everything you need. Karen, the landlord, is so helpful and easy to do business with. Next time Im in Paris, I would stay here in heartbeat. You should too.
perfect location for walking to famous sites
On left bank, great location - 10 minute walk to the Louvre. Fabulous pastry shop around the corner. Compact, efficient, very clean and well appointed. Karen was very helpful in orienting my mom and I to the apartment and the neighbourhood.
I never wanted to leave!
Warning: This bed and apartment is so darn warm, cosy and unbelievably comfortable that you will struggle just to get up and leave in the morning! So much can be said about this place but to summarise, it's in the most excellent position. So close to the golden triangle of Cafes Flore, Deux Magots and Brasserie Lipp. The restaurant downstairs - Le Perron - is amazing and not to be missed! And the shops! Oh best you don't get me started on the shops. The apartment itself is super clean, warm, sunny, comfortable and generally adorable. Karen is so nice and helpful (and funny and awesome) that I wanted to steal her and bring her back to australia with me.
I have recommended, and will continue to recommend, Rue Perronet to anyone who will listen (and even to those that won't). Thank you so much Karen for a wonderful, wonderful stay :)

Perfect In Paris
Perfect location; Steps to the great shopping and cafes on St. Germain, minutes to the Louvre, Gardens, and Opera.
Perfect studio to experience life as a true Parisian, walk to the market, pick up a baguette, fruit, and cheese. Make a quick lunch and walk through Paris.
Can't beat the experience!
Best place to stay in Paris!
Such a perfect apartment for my husband and I.
Very clean, comfortable and great location! Karen told us so many great places to go to for site seeing, eating ect! Will love to go back and stay there again!!!

Lovely Studio apartment in a Great area
This apartment was a great home base during our stay in Paris. Located in a lovely neighborhood, close to the metro, a million restaurants, cafes and bakeries, and nightlife. We enjoyed going to the market or bakery in the morning and making food for breakfast or dinner.
Karen keeps the place spotlessly clean. It is clear that she takes a great deal of pride in it and keeps it in great shape.
Karen is a very warm and attentive person and made sure that no detail was overlooked in welcoming us to the apartment.

A perfectly-located 'home base'
Having never hired a vacation rental, my wife and I really had no idea how to begin or what to expect, but Karen made it so easy, and provided so much valuable information weeks before we arrived, and during the entirety of our stay.
There's no denying that this rental is on the small side, but Karen has gone out of her way to make the available space as comfortable and useful as possible. Her printed directions that cover everything from how to use the appliances to finding the nearest market made it possible for us not to worry about details -- how great to have our own kitchen & not have to go out for every single meal -- and get down to the business of exploring Paris! And we could not have chosen a better location for doing just that! Truly in the heart of things, we ultimately used all 3 of the local Metro stations to go further afield, but, more often than not, were able to walk from our front door to whatever we wanted to see, including the Seine, the arc d'Triomphe, Notre Dame, and Le Jardins du Luxembourg. And it was so nice to return after a day of sight-seeing to amenities like a queen-sized bed and a tub large enough to actually take a relaxing bath in.
If you're the type of traveler who spends a good deal of time in the hotel room, this may not be the rental for you; but if you want a safe place for your stuff while you take in all that Paris has to offer, and a comfortable place to relax & clean up at the end of a long day, this is a great find!
I'll be back!
salt lake city
This little studio is fabulous! Up 61 little red steps you find a small but comfortable apartment with all you need for a great stay in Paris. I loved the super fast cooktop, the free phone calls to the states, the tub big enough to soak in at the end of the day. The location is ideal ... less than 10 minute stroll to the Seine, Louvre, metro stations, churches, many wonderful shops, cafes, etc. I walked easily to most of the places I went and felt perfectly safe coming and going, day and night.
Karen is a most gracious hostess and provided many extras that made my stay such a joy. The bag of coffee in the kitchen, instructions about how to use everything in the apartment, and even a lesson in finding and using the aTM and the Metro. I felt relaxed knowing that she was just a phone call or email away if I needed help or advice. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live while I explored Paris. Thanks Karen!
Wonderful apartment in a great city
I spent the first 2 weeks of June at 6 rue Perronet. It was my first trip abroad; I was traveling alone with no idea what to expect. From the first day I arrived to the (sad) day I left - everything was just great. Karen was at the apartment when I arrived and she went over all the details of the apartment (how to use the speedy cooktop, washer/dryer, oven, TV, phone, etc.), then went over a list of nearby cafes, metro stations, grocery stores and the like. Then she took me out and showed me how to access the aTM and how to use the Metro. She really went above and beyond to get me started on my vacation. She was just a phone call or email away if I had questions or needed assistance.
The apartment is in such a great location ... less than 10 minutes from the Seine and the Louvre, as well as many, many cafes, bookstores, beautiful churches, crepe stands, a fabulous art supply shop, all kinds of shopping... it's all right there. I felt perfectly safe walking around day and night ... even though I'm a bit of a chicken at home. Metro stations are close by and the bus is even easier - but I had no trouble walking to la Tour Eiffel, Notre-Dame, Pompidou Center, etc.
Then, when I came "home" at the end of the day, up the 61 little red steps I climbed to cook my dinner or soak in the nice big tub. Then a great sleep in the really comfy bed. This apartment has all I could think of needing in Paris. It was great to have the free WiFi and to be able to call back to the U.S. free on the apartment phone.
I enjoyed every minute of my time in Paris and I think finding 6 rue Perronet was a great part of that. I will be back there as soon as I can manage it!
Location, location, location!!!
Rue Perronet is in a perfect location, in a quaint French building in a delightful, friendly neighbourhood. It has all that you need and more. It is only 5 - 10 minutes to everything. The hosts are very attentive and extremely helpful. We loved it and would stay again.
A Perfect Paris location
My husband and I stayed in this lovely studio apartment for 1 week on our first visit to Paris. We were so pleased with the location and the service provided by Karen and Gilles. Karen went out of her way to welcome us, help us get oriented and make us feel at home. The apartment was clean, cozy and outfitted with just what you might need for a self-catered stay in Paris, plus it was walking distance to all the major attractions. Yes it is a small studio, but perfect for 1 person or for a couple and a welcome place to come back to after a full day of sight seeing. The only item I found a bit too small to be practical was the teeny bathroom sink - but nevertheless, I would stay there again!
Great flat, fabulous location!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 12 nights in the middle of April and we enjoyed every second of our stay. Though the flat is small, it had everything we needed, from a full kitchen to a washer and dryer, full bathroom amenities to TV and internet, and incredible architectural elements (beams, front door and door knob) that really added character.
We found the location was more convenient than we expected prior to our arrival, with a couple of metro stops nearby that connected to anywhere we wished, quick walk to the Seine River and the Louvre, and we had our choice of Velib bike stations, which were easy to use after we learned how to purchase a day pass.
The money we spent renting the flat allowed us to save a lot of money on food and drinks from nearby cafes. There are two grocery stores are located near the flat, and a patisserie around the corner. We grocery shopped almost everyday, and prepared dinners in the flat rather than eating out. This really made our vacation more enjoyable, as we could relax from our day exploring the city, and re-energize before heading out for the evening.
Our favorite activity in the evening was to take the bikes over to the Eiffel Tower, to watch the lights. We had a route down, which took 17 minutes to ride between the flat the the Eiffel Tower. What better way to unwind for an hour or two? We certainly can't do that in Canada!
All in all, we highly recommend staying in this flat. Karen and Gilles were both fabulous! Just remember to bring along disks of clothing detergent if you intend to do a lot of laundry. We found the two disks provided to us for our 12 night stay was not enough. But everything else was perfect, and we hope to book another stay at the flat very, very soon!
Great location and modern amenities!
Located near San Germain de Pres, the studio apartment is in one of the finest areas of Paris. It offers the convenience of being between 2 metro stops and is in walking distance to most of the "must see" locations. Having visited Paris a number of times, the studio allowed for a place to kick back and relax without the interruptions that a hotel can have. Just around the corner is a fine patisserie (try the tarte citron!) and one of the oldest (and most expensive)chocolate shops in Paris. Be warned, there are 61 steps up to the studio. I did not mind as it kept me in shape! One aspect that was a bit daunting was the step stool that is needed to climb into the bathtub. Other than that, the apartment offered so much at a great rate. Working with Karen and Gilles was such an easy experience!

Charming Little Parisian Getaway
The apartment is adorable. It has all the comforts one needs. The bed is super comfortable too. Everything is clean and well maintained. The location was perfect for us as we could walk to everything.
Surrounding restaurants and shops everywhere. There are also amazing little art galleries throughout the neighborhood. The Louvre is a 5 minute walk away.
I wish I was there now!
A wonderfully clean and well equipped third floor studio for 2 in a great area. It was close to the Metro and many sites. A short walk brought you right to the Seine and the Louvre. The owner was extremely nice and helpful.
We loved our stay and can't wait to return!
A Piece of Paris Heaven
Rue Perronet was such a wonderful experience! The apartment has been so
thoughtfully designed and laid out. Karen has really anticipated guests
needs so well you almost feel like you have your own personal concierge.
The location was amazing, we walked everywhere! The apartment is on a
very quiet street but 100 yards away the hustle and bustle of Saint
Germaine awaited. Bistros, shopping, book stores, patisseries, boulangeries
and more. We would walk all day and then stop and buy cheese, charcuterie
and wine, go back to the apartment and enjoy.
The apartment is very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and a snap to
pull out and put up. A great soaking tub made me feel at home after long
days of walking. The kitchen being so well equipped allowed us to make
our budget work by utilizing it for at least one meal a day.
Karen is a great hostess and wants you to truly have the best experience

All mod cons amidst old world charm
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 6 Rue Perronet. It had everything we needed and expected.-plus Karen's friendly and cheerful help and advice. It's small but far more comfortable than a hotel room and with everything for self- catering, washing, etc.Quality facilities and appliances. An upmarket sofa bed which is remarkably comfortable and very easy to open and fold.Superbly located within easy walking of many of the major sights of Paris and with metro and bus services right at hand.Despite being right in the heart of the elegant and fascinating left bank,it is in a quiet street providing peaceful, restful sleeping after long and busy days of exploring, shopping, dining, etc. For us it was a very comfortable and convenient base for enjoying a fabulous city.
MARINA DEL REY
THE BEST LITTLE APARTMENT IN PARIS
I had an amazing 1 week stay from Dec 1 thru Dec 7th 2009 at this apartment. The apartment is cozy and has everything one can need with full ammenities, including washing machine and dryer and a bathtub. The place itself is impeccable, spotless, and stylish, with an extremely comfortable bed like home! The use of space is perfect. The hospitality of the owner Karen in incomparable. I have stayed in various apartments around Paris and this was my best experience. As I am a bit high maintenence, I was surprised I had no complaints. Will definitely stay here again (IF IT IS AVAILABLE!!!) I know the more people stay here the more it will be booked up which is not good for me : )
Clean, Modern, and Central
Working with Karen was easy. She's a great communicator and provided detailed information about the apartment, how to get there, and gave us great suggestions about local spots. The apartment itself was spotless and modern, with everything from the appliances to the bed being new. It's small, but that's pretty typical of french apartments (we have rented a few), especially in the city center. This is literally right around the corner from the St. Germain des Pres metro and the restaurants, shops and nightlife. The neighborhood is very young and lively, however, the street itself is quiet. We had a great vacation and would recommend this apartment for one or two people.
Washington, DC, USA
great and clean flat in fabulous location
This was great time for us - nice and clean place in the center of Paris where
we walked almost everywhere. Best restaurants and shopping areas. Th
bathroom is small but lots of hot water and kitchen has all modern appliances.
Very much recommended!
Right from the first moment of contact, the owner Karen has been very
helpful in anything I might have needed and the stay went perfectly.
The apartment itself has everything you might need for a short or long stay
in Paris. All the modern amenities, like a washing machine, strong hot water
for showers, heating and a cute little kitchen perfect for making that
morning cup of coffee. Whilst the interior of the place has modern fixtures,
this hasn't taken away from its old-world charm. There are beautiful
wooden beams along the ceiling and it really is special to stay in a genuine
paris apartment to really make you feel like a local.
You really cannot go wrong with the location. Metro lines barely 5 minutes
walk away in every direction. The Louvre 5 minutes away and the Musee
d'Orsay not much further, indeed a few minutes down the road you can see
the Eiffel Tower. It doesn't get much better than this. You are surrounded by
boutiques, cafes, and countless restaurants and bakeries. The area itself is
very nice, and I felt completely safe walking around the wonderful cobbled
streets of Paris.
Can't really fault the apartment, only that I wish I was staying longer!
Certainly I wouldn't hesitate in not only recommending Karen's place, but
also coming back again when I would have the time.

Review of our stay at l'Apartement Perronet
Location, Location, Location! That is how I would describe our stay at l'Apartement Perronet. Being off St.Germain gives you a 5 minute walk to the Louvre, a 12 minute walk to Notre Dame, and a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants around Ste-Michelle. For the first 4 days of being there, we never once had to take a metro. Although we were worried about the size of the apartment when we arrived, we quickly learned that it really is all of the space you need. The pull-out bed makes a wonderful couch, and in the evening converts into a very comfortable king size bed. The design of the apartment makes great use of form and function, and not a square inch is wasted. I would (and I have already) recommended your place for anyone wanting to see Paris from a local perspective. Karen is an excellent landlord and it shows throughout the design of her apartment. Keep up the good work.
Great deal in a GREAT location!
Thank you so much for letting me stay in this wonderful studio that
you've worked so hard to renovate. It is truly a little piece of gold
in an ABSOLUTE gold mine of a location! I am beyond sorry to leave!
But I want you to know how truly impressed I am with what this studio
has to offer - I haven't had to go out and buy anything, and I haven't
felt as if I was "without" anything while I was away from my native
country, but from this location, I've been able to experience new
things that I never even thought I would "need" (like baguettes - ok
so I don't really NEED those, haha, but the Patisserie just around the
corner has developed a new overwhelming "need" of mine for a daily
baguette) But all the wonderful little pleasures of Paris are just
steps away from this studio!
Additionally, I never felt unsafe walking home by myself in this area.
And walking into the apartment, I would often run into different
neighbors who were beyond friendly to me!
And you were incredibly accommodating - always just a phone call and
then a quick drive away! Very honest and also very welcoming! It
really made a difference that you were there to greet me when I
arrived at the apartment, and just outside of Paris if I needed
anything at all.
Thank you, Karen, for letting me stay here at 6 rue Perronet! I would
recommend this studio to any 1 or 2 persons who want to experience
Paris in a safe, welcoming, and very central location! For the price,
you really will not find a better deal in Paris!
Location, location with everything within walking distance
We had a great time in our stay at 6 Rue Perronet. The location is central and only
two blocks from the subway. It was a convenient walk to the Louvre or the D'Orsay
Museum, as well as the Seine River.
Many thanks for the coffee which was a godsend in the morning. I would just
recommend adding a nonstick saucepan and a spatula to the kitchen repertoire. It
was quite an interesting experience trying to cook eggs with a fork and a soup pot.
The bathroom was lovely to take a nice hot bath after a day of walking. The hot
water was amazing, and instantly hot. Loved the heated towel rack and wished we
had one at home. Thanks again for such a lovely vacation rental!
