This is a perfect apartment for 2 couples or 1 couple with children who want to enjoy a truly Parisian lifestyle vacation.

Opening on to a quiet street, you will enjoy the privacy and calm of the apartment whilst being in the heart of central Paris.

This completely newly renovated apartment has two king-sized bedrooms, modern kitchen, elegant living room and one large, well positioned full bathroom, as well as a second separate WC, making it a very suitable space for a family or two couples traveling together in Paris.

At the heart of this apartment is the beautifully proportioned living room, with lovely wooden parquet flooring, elegant original fireplace and two big floor to ceiling windows which flood the room with light. This large and luminous room has a dining table and chairs for up to 8 guests, as well as ample space to relax on the large sofa and comfortable armchairs in front of full height bookshelves. The flat screen television is wall mounted for convenience and discretion. The semi-open modern kitchen is beautifully tiled in classic beige and black, and offers guests all the modern conveniences of new, custom made cabinetry and state of the art appliances.

The first bedroom has a king bed and shares the bright aspect of rue Honore Chevalier and also has a lovely ornate fireplace. There is plenty of storage, and the same high ceilings which typify this elegant apartment. The second bedroom, also large with king bed and purpose built wardrobes, is accessed from the entrance hall and overlooks a private courtyard. A gallery separated by a door from the entrance hall leads to the generous full bathroom, a laundry space with separate Miele washer and dryer, the bathroom and the second separated WC. The bathroom is tiled with beautifully glazed light reflecting handmade tiles, a big, carefully chosen bathtub with American shower above, elegant hand basin and faucets, plus a WC. We supply bathrobes, fluffy towels, liquid soap and hair dryer.

Completely renovated and elegantly furnished, this lovely apartment has been restored to its former glory to enhance the beautiful features of parquet flooring and original fireplaces, and improved with all new comforts, offering modern luxurious living in classic style.

The apartment is equipped with a flat screen color TV with cable in the living room, DVD/CD player, a phone, and laptop with high-speed Internet connection (WIFI). The fully equipped kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, juice maker, coffee maker, toaster, iron and all utensils necessary for cooking and eating. The apartment is fully air conditioned and heated for your comfort.

Situated in St Germain des Pres on the left bank, this location is the heart of Paris fashion, galleries, antique shops, traditional market streets and fabulous restaurants. The apartment is just a few minutes from the pedestrian streets of Saint Germain and from the famous "Cafe Flore" and "Les Deux Magots". This coveted location is only moments from the famous Luxembourg Gardens and its museum. The garden, known for its calm atmosphere, beautiful statues and sculpture is a place where many Parisians enjoy going when the sun is out. Close to the many left bank museums and churches such as Saint-Germain-des-Pres, Saint Sulpice, Musee d'Orsay, Musee Rodin or the museum of the Middle Ages, explore on foot also the Latin Quarter, the Seine river, Louvre museum or Notre Dame. Enjoy some of the best designer shopping and small boutiques right on your doorstep, or live like a local and buy your groceries at the lovely neighborhood market on Boulevard Raspail. From this incredible neighborhood you can walk to most Parisian sites and if public transportation is your choice, Metro Saint Sulpice is close by, as well as a taxi stand and many bus stops.

  Paris Vacation apartments were extraordinary. We were given the recommendation by friends who'd used them, and they didn't disappoint. They were professional and very friendly from the very beginning of the reservation, but they showed their true colours when, stupidly, I had given them the wrong arrival date - the day before we actually arrived. I had booked the night before as early check in, but mistakenly told them this was the arrival date. So at 7am they were there to meet us with fresh croissants - and no clients. I realised this on arrival at the airport, the following the day, called them at 7am apologising profusely for my mistake, only to be gently and politely told, 'it happens often, don't worry'. So Clara met us at the apartment with no delay, with a fresh batch of croissants, a bottle of wine, explaining about all the apartment and its amenities. There's free wifi and they even provide a laptop, but we had ours. Fred (who was the poor soul I stood up the day before) arrived shortly after with a bottle of Champagne and box of chocolates for Christmas. We couldn't beileve it, after the inconvenience we caused them.
  
  It was beautifully presented as the photos showed. Comfortable, cosy, super clean and recently refurbished, or at least, very well looked after. The bathroom towels were luxuriously thick, there was a washing machine and dryer with washing powder provided. The street was narrow and quiet with only parking traffic, so no noise, other than the garbage and recycle trucks. Two charming balconies (first floor, or 2nd for americans), and best of all, free international calls, which was a great help to us since not only was it Christmas time and we could call back home, but also, because we'd left our pet dog at death's door when we left and we could regularly check on his progress during our two week stay with no concern about call costs.
  
  The location was great, St Germain-des-pres was wonderfully stylish, with Jardin du Luxembourg around the corner, fabulous food and chocolate stores everywhere, a fantastic organic market on sunday up the road, and a lovely, friendly Pattiserie around the corner (and others in the next blocks). The restaurants are fantastic just a couple of blocks away opposite St Sulpice, staying here two weeks we had numerous places to choose from for dinner, the Village Voice english-language bookshop was minutes away and various metros to choose from depending on where we were heading. We were 10 mins walk to the Seine, where there was a BatoBus stop and ticket booth, for our introduction to Paris along the river.
  
  There was nothing to fault the apartment, location, or Paris Vacation apartments. They also provided an enormous wealth of information in the apartment of places to visit, restaurants, tourist information, or we could call on the staff at any time on their mobiles. They even arranged a taxi for us when we were leaving and Pierre called on the morning we were leaving to apologise he was running late - 10 minutes! The amazing attention to detail that this organisation has gone to, to satisfy their clients, was immensely appreciated and ensured we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay (they even provided umbrellas).
  We will certainly use them again and highly recommend them.
