The apartment has bee totally renovated recently and everything is brand new.
The apartment is only a few minutes walk from numerous historical and cultural sites like Notre Dame, Conciergerie and Louvre.

The apartment was a very good size and comfortable too. Angela and her colleague Claudia were helpful and attentive. It was just right for 4 adults, with a well equipped kitchen, and even a computer to be used! There is a small lift, which is great to carry one person plus suitcase. There are 2 metro stations nearby and there are plenty of restaurants and amenities around. Would happily stay in this apartment again.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at the apartment, and most appreciated it's fantastic location - we could walk nearly everywhere, great restaurants, supermarkets and shops all around. Having the extra bit of space (compared with interconnecting hotel rooms) was greatly appreciated, as we were traveling with 2 small children. Other parents would also understand the convenience of having a washing machine...
The managers were great to deal with - welcomed us at the apartment in person, provided a cot for our smaller one, and came at great speed to our rescue when we locked our passports in the apartment, just as we were leaving for the airport!
The late night/early morning noise from the street might bother someone sleeping in the living room (earplugs can fix this), but the bedroom is very nice and quiet.
We stayed on some cold wintery days, but the heating throughout worked very well. -

I can't think of a single negative thing to say about this apartment. The location is excellent as it is right in the heart of the 6th, yet on a relatively quiet street (as quiet as you can get in the 6th that close to the river). The building is lovely and well kept. The apartment was spotless and contained everything that we needed for our stay. Dealing with the owner was a breeze. I usually try to get to Paris at least once a year, in the past I had always stayed at hotels but this apartment will be my first call for my next trip. Overall: you can't go wrong here.

Everything stated in the other reviews is absolutely right. My parents, kid and I loved it. Having a lovely home away from home which you love getting back to has such a positive effect on the entire holiday. The street itself is fascinating- full of amazing little galleries and close to everything.

This apartment is adorable...just like the pictures! Everything is very modern but keeping with the "Paris Chic" style. It's also quite spacious for a European apt...we never felt cramped. Angela was great and communicative leading up to our trip and was at the apartment early Sunday morning to meet us when we arrived. We took a cab from the airport, however; she arranged for the cab going back when we left. We loved the location of this apartment! Right around the corner from markets, cafe's, metro and shops. We hung out on the busy corner of Buci and Mazarine most nights...cute cafe's and great people watching. I highly recommend!! Would stay here every time I visit!!

We had a great stay at the apartment. Good location not far from Notre Dame and Musee D'Orsay - walkable. The apartment is newly renovated with kitchen and small elevator for luggage. Grocery store right around corner and close to the small streets of St. Germaine de Pres. Angela P. was very helpful in working out any issues.
We travelled with two teenagers and sofas (one sleeper) worked out fine for their beds. -

Perfectly located in the heart of Paris; just steps from the Seine River, a market, art galleries, shopping, cafes, a night club and restaurants. Main tourist attractions are near and easily navigated by boat, metro or bus. 10 minute walk to Notre Dame and the Louvre, less than 5 minutes to a market for anything from wine to fresh fruit to toiletries to fresh bread to cold cuts and cheese or anything else you might need. Apartment is clean, modernly chic and utilizes space well. Our family of three fit nicely and was impressed by the comfort of the pull out bed/sofa. Angela is the perfect hostess with a personable yet professional manner. She was very helpful in arranging our airport transportation. Wi-Fi and in house computer was definitely a bonus. We hope to return to Paris in the near future, and this is absolutely where we would want to stay again.

We had the best time in Paris because of the location of this condo. So close to many sights & to St Germain & the Seine. Such a popular area to check out for markets, cafes & restaurants but also close to metro if you want to visit other quadrants. Cocktail bar opposite managed well, fun for young adults. Comfortable for couple. (Couch bed in living room for further 1 or 2 but note there's morning rubbish collections down this oneway street so if not early riser we recommend earplugs.) PC facility with internet helped save alot of time checking info before we left for the day. The host very accommodating also. All in all we would stay again in a flash!

Even before arriving in Paris, we knew our experience at the apartment would be excellent. Our inquiry about the apartment took place prior to completion of renovations. Angela kept us informed, promptly answering very email. The apartment is a short walk from the RER/St. Michel metro; check in was a snap. It looks exactly like the photos--spotlessly clean and well-equipped for making oneself at home. The kitchen is efficient and having a washing machine was a plus. Location is perfect in a neighborhood of wonderful shops, patisseries, markets and bistros. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

We loved this Paris apartment. The location in the heart of Paris on the left bank is wonderfully convenient to all amenities with many shops and Bistros just around the corner.The apartment is large and bright and wonderfully appointed with everything one would need for a comfortable stay and the full shower and bathroom are terrific to have. Angela was an amazing host and went over and above to make sure we had a perfect holiday in Paris.

It's so close to everything. All the shopping is within a 5 minute walk. Grocery, wine, fruit,cheese, lovely eateries. We walked all the time, never was on the subway. We will return.
