Lovely little apartment with everything you'd need. Location was great and very central, although not so good for light sleepers or those offended by the proximity ofmiddle aged prostitutes(!). Check in was very smooth and friendly, and Jeremy helped sort out our wifi problem very swiftly. Great for two people, way too small for four.

This was such a great apartment - clean, spacious and great location!
Just few minutes walk from Rue montorgueil - brillant for Sunday as every where else is closed! Supermarket and metro close by too~
The only down side it that it has a lot of bars downstairs, so it can be noisy in the night but other than the noise, there's nothing I'd complain about!
Would never go back staying at hotel in paris again - it's definitely rental apartment from now on! -

We we were pleasantly greeted by jeremy at the front door of the apartment To check in. It was quite small but had the basics. Very clean and modern but did not have a telephone. You can find others which include free local and international calls which would''ve been very convenient. Temple Metro stop was very close so convenient to get around Paris. Overall a good stay.

We visited the Paris recently and decided to stay here for 5 days. We had a blast. The location was excellent. The apartment was great. It was clean and had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. Check in was a breeze, Jean-Phillipe was waiting for us and gave us all the instructions we needed. The place is lively which made it even better as we usually stayed out all night. All in all, A+.

We had a lot of queries and all responses were prompt and clear, prior to our visit.
The cute little apartment was just enough for the 3 of us. It was very neat and had all the appliances required.
The beds were comfortable although small.
The apartment is above a bar on Rue Saint Denis and can get very noisy till late in the evenings. -

We really enjoyed the stay at this very centrally located apartment. The decor was modern and the location was close to great restaurants and major sites. Jeremie was very helpful at check in time and very reliable. I would definately recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment in Paris.

Mostly everything you needed was there. There's no air con, so watch out for that in the summer. The shower had no curtain or door, so water kind of went everywhere. The toilet is beside the kitchen, so if the sofabed is laid out, it is a bit difficult for those in the bedroom to use it at night, as there was very little space to walk pass. Quite a number of bars and restaurants around. Very convenient location. However, it was a bit loud at night. Overall, a very clean and nice apartment.

The apartment in Montorgueil is beautiful. Tastfully decorared in gray and black and equiped with everything you need. There is a supermarket nearby and a bakery for your morning croissant on the corner. As long as you don't mind the prostitutes downstairs on Rue St. denis, it is ideally located at a 10 minute walk from Chatelet metro station. The sleeping arrangement is perfect for 2, perhaps a little cramped for more people with a sofa bed taking up most of the living room when in use.

The apartment is very cosy and nice, though a bit small for 4 people to live, but all amenities have been provided by the owner.
The only problem is that street on which the apartment is , it is noisy every night till 2.00 pm and the noise in the morning starts from 7.00 am onwards. As the partment faces the street and is on the second floor, the noise does disturb .In all other aspects the apartment is great, location, supermarkets, undeground station , places to eat etc. etc.

Left on 04/23/2012 for a stay in April 2012

This was our first time going the apartment rental approach versus a hotel. This experience completely blew our expectations out of the water! From the time we stepped off the metro and saw where the apartment was located we knew that we were an amazing location. There are flower shops, bakeries, restaurants, shops, tons of art galleries, all within walking distance. Major museums and sightseeing were all within walking distance as well.
Check in and correspondence with Sebastien was a breeze. He is very organized and made the check in and check out process seamless. He was also very helpful with anything else that we needed and was so easy to get a hold of.
The apartment itself was amazing. Everything was state of the art and the decor was elegant and very Parisian. We found ourselves in the apartment more than we would have a hotel because we so enjoyed being there.
I would recommend this apartment to couples or friends who want to have a true, authentic Parisian experience. It made our trip a perfect memory that we will never forget. Thank you Sebastien! -

Short Term Traveler
ViennaSplendid
Left on 01/28/2012 for a stay in January 2012
The apartment ois is really cozy and modern and offers a good value for money by providing a really splendid design. Moreover it is situated in a really perfect location next to Boulevard St. Germain for enyoing Paris. Few remarks you might need to know: The bathroom and bedroom are not really separated so the flat might be more suitable for a shorter stay rather than for a multimonth lease. There was unfortunately no hairdryer to be found - not a big issue in principle - however you would expect one in such an equiped apartment (especially for short term stays). Apart of that: Ease of doing business with the owner was great and everybody

Beautiful apartment! Loved staying here, this really made our trip to Paris. It is very tastefully and elegantly decorated, feels very French/Parisian, and is very warm and welcoming. It is in a great location, close to the underground, cafes, bakeries etc. We really felt much more at home and comfortable staying in our own apartment as opposed to at a hotel, and loved having the convenience of a kitchen and appliances.

San FranciscoA gem for a young professional traveler
Left on 11/28/2011 for a stay in October 2011
I was traveling to Paris for work by myself, and needed a place that was central, comfortable, and pleasant to work in. This pied-a-terre in Saint Germain des Pres was perfect. I adored my first stay at the apartment so much I had to reserve it again for a second stay. Everything about the stay was awesome: the stylish and comfortable apartment, the location in the 6th arrondissement, the kindness and professionalism of Sebastien and Jean-Philippe.
I found the apartment so tastefully decorated, very quiet, and cosy. I just love the modern walk-in shower in the bedroom! I worked a lot in the apartment and both the comfort of the living room and the wifi made it easy. Sebastien made sure I had internet access.
The apartment is amazingly located right in the heart of Saint Germain-des-Pres... It was hard to stay focused and work indoor, or even venture out to other hoods! I had a croissant every morning at Carton, the bakery next door, and tried a different cafe and bar every day (and night).
Check-in and check-out were painless. Sebastien checked me in, Jean-Philippe checked me out, and they both helped carry my luggage, and inquired about my stay. Can't wait to stay there again!
