Beautifully and completely renovated and fully furnished chic 1 bedroom apartment of 43 m2 in Rue de Seine Paris 6th arrondissement, close to the Marche Saint Germain.
We would like to rent it for a short term basis, minimum 4 nights rental for your vacation stay. The apartment has an elegant Parisian style decoration and all the comfort necessary for your wonderful stay in Paris. It's in a great location yet very quiet neighborhood.

The 6th Arrondissement Saint Germain des Pres. Our apartment is located in one of the most beautiful XIX century buildings of that street in Saint Germain des Pres, and it's one of the most elegant addresses in Paris, the prestige Rue de Seine. It is on the second floor in France (3rd in US) without elevator onto court yard, and it is very quiet. The location is excellent as only couple of minutes from two metro stations, Odeon and Mabillon, and great for your luxury a week getaway. You can also find good restaurants and cafe in the neighborhood.

This is where you want to be, the heart of the left bank culture. It is your Parisian home. Everything was as describbed. The cable can be fun but the place was everything we wanted. highly recommend.

My wife and I found the apartment to be perfect for us. While small by N. American standards, it is well designed and comfortable. Immaculate, everything works as advertised. Quiet, nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable living/dining room, free telephone service to Canada/us landlines. We found this to be a much better arrangement than a typical small Paris hotel. And best of all was the location, close to museums, galleries, and the metro. Highly recommend this apartment for a couple.

Wow! This apartment was exactly as described. We had never booked online before and were a bit anxious, but the whole process from the initial booking, to all the relevant information that we required was fantastic. If I thought of something before we left, i just dropped them an email and a reply was always received. The apartment was in a great location, we walked everywhere. We rang our contact when we arrived at Paris airport and he was there to greet us and explain the apartment when we arrived. Thank you Philippe. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris, and staying a this beautiful apartment, certainly enhanced this.

We had a wonderful week staying in this Paris apartment. The apartment was just as it was shown on the internet. The owner and manager were a delight to deal with and Shun, the owner, always responded promptly to our emails. This was the first time we had booked accommodation like this over the internet so I was a little nervous, but everything was perfect!
The apartment is in a great location in St Germain (the street the apartment is on runs pretty much from the Luxembourg Gardens to the Seine). We were able to walk to nearly all of the main attractions and were also less than a 5 minute walk from the nearest Metro station.
We found the apartment to be very quiet and beautifully furnished. There was plenty of room for my husband and I and it was great to be able to spread out all our gear.
Overall a great place to celebrate our 40th birthday's and 10th wedding anniversary. We hope to come back some day! -

My husband, sister-in-law and I stayed in this apartment for a week. It is a perfect size for three or fewer people. It is very clean, quiet and charming in a perfect location. We were in walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shopping. The Luxembourg Gardens were a few blocks away where my husband and I enjoyed our morning runs. The owner and property manger make the entire process of renting an easy transaction. They were very thorough and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!!

My husband and I just returned from an eight day stay in Paris at this apartment. Having been to Paris numerous times, this was the first in which we rented an apartment - and in this case was a very good choice. Everything about our stay - from the planning, communication with the owner, transition with the manager, location, amenities nearby and in the unit, and cleanliness, were all top notch. Shun (the owner) does such a great job in providing information before the trip, and has provided outstanding documentation on everything - right down to YouTube videos on how to use the espresso maker! The unit is interior facing - so it is quiet and stays cool, but does not receive a lot of exterior light. We were very pleased and would highly recommend this rental, and hope to make use of it again in the future!

I have just returned from five days in Paris, staying at this lovely apartment. I cannot say enough about what a charming, quiet, well-appointed place it is…the perfect pied a terre. The location is in the heart of the 6th, and only a couple of blocks from the gorgeous Luxembourg gardens. In addition, it’s but a short stroll to the Seine, Notre Dame and the Louvre….or, even closer, many wonderful and charming streets filled with every culinary and shopping delight. The apartment is charmingly decorated, with all of the amenities to make the stay extra pleasant: a French press, a rainfall showerhead and a docking station for easy charging of your iPhone. All in all, a wonderful stay in a wonderful spot – highly recommended!

My fiancé and I stayed at this lovely apartment. We stayed some apartments in Paris before, but this apartment was in the best location near Saint Germain. We could just walk to Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, Seine River, and many shops, cafes and restaurants! We could also easily take trains from two metros within few minutes. The bedroom was bigger than the picture showed. Everything we needed was there. The apartment was very very quiet so we could sleep well every night after a long walk. The owner was very easy to work with, and our refund was returned quickly. I’ll stay at this apartment again. We would definitely recommend this apartment for an authentic Paris experience.

My husband and I spent a wonderful week in November at this lovely apartment. It is in a wonderful location- close to metros, shopping, Luxembourg Gardens, and many restaurants. The apartment is very quiet and comfortable. The owner was easy to work with throughout the process as was his agent in Paris.
