Santa Monica, CAFantastic apartment!!

This apartment was perfect. The location was perfect! We loved everything about the Studio in Saint Germain. It's as charming as both Caroline and Florence (the folks that run the place)! We enjoyed the little balcony and the kitchen was just the right size for a Paris flat. Restaurants and shops abound only steps away from the front door. It's quiet even tho the nightlife is thriving in the area. Will definitely return...and would definitely recommend to a couple.

This apt way exceeded my expectations...it was fully furnished with everything necessary for daily life.
Facilities: Washer, drying rack, dish washer, stove, pots, plates, utensils (only lacked a cutting board and knife but no issue was we brought a swiss army knife), cutlery, sheets, extra pillows, umbrella, hangers, guide books, food recommendations, etc. Also had a cute little balcony where we could sit and have our welcome bottle of red wine.
Location: Can't get any better! 5min from 3 metro stops, 10min from Louvre, Orsay, just steps away Carrefour, rotisserie, seafood stall (with the most delicious oysters/shellfish), bakery Paul, etc. Lots of nice pubs, eateries and art galleries in the area too.
Price: Very reasonable...cheaper than a hotel room yet with lots of amenities.
Service: Caroline and Florent were the best...The lift was a bit wonky but a simple phone call to Caroline had it fixed within the day. Florent also came on the last day to help us with our luggage (wayyy too much shopping in Paris!!)
I'll definitely stay here again if I return to Paris... Totally recommended for long term stay! :) It's truly a home away from home.
Thank you Morgane, Caroline and Florent!! :) -

My first time in Paris turned out to be a great stay. :)
I was looking for a place to stay in the middle of the city, so that I can walk around easily, to the cafes, bars, restaurants as well as hitting the sightseeing spots.
The apartment is located a couple of minute walk behind St Germain De Pres. You won't have any problem finding cafes, bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Paris is a really concentrated city and I walked to the most of the sightseeing spots, including Luvre and Orsay. The metro runs everywhere in Paris. There is a stop at St Germain De Pres too!
When I arrived at the apartment, I was so happy because the actual apartment and my mental image of it by the photos of the website were the same!! So trust the photos. No surprise! The room was large enough for me to rest after exploring the city each day. It was also nice to enjoy a glass of wine in the terrace (, which does not face the street). The whole room, kitchen, bathroom were all clean and appeared to be pretty new. I also like the interior design like the photos on the wall, flowers, pictures, all those details.
Even if you intend to stay longer, all those appliances; washer, dish-washer, fridge, microwave will be your great support. There are basic tableware, cooking utensils ready in the room. All you need to is just to go to the grocery store nearby!
I really cannot think of any complaints. Caroline greeted me on my arrival at the apartment and she saw me off when I left the apartment.
I'm seriously considering renting this place again!
Hope you will get the same experience! -

From the time we booked, the managers were very helpful with directions especially when we arrived in Paris. We were met by Caroline and showed through the studio apartment including a welcoming Bordeaux red. Plenty of information on the surrounding area, cafes, shops and attractions. The studio was perfect, the washing machine made catching up on washing clothes easy. Bed was comfortable. Overall the room was very well presented. When leaving, Caroline escorted us to the Metro and made sure we were OK. We both agreed to use this apartment in future trips to Paris.

My fiance and I just returned from a lovely trip to Paris in the Fall. This apartment was perfect for the two of us. It was a two-minute walk to the Seine, as well as the nearest Metro. We enjoyed chocolate croissants every morning at the shop a block away, walked to the Louvre and Musee d'Orsay, and enjoyed just about everything about walking through the lovely Latin Quarter every night.
When our flight was cancelled heading to Paris, resulting in us missing one of the nights we'd booked, Caroline and Morgane were amazingly helpful and accommodating and understanding. All in all this apartment was perfect for the two of us and we couldn't have been happier with the experience.
Thanks Caroline, we made it back home (barely)! -

Gainesville, FLGreat little place in the heart of Saint-Germain
Left on 09/18/2012 for a stay in September 2012
My wife and I spent 5 days in Paris and loved this smallish, 1 room + bath, 5th floor apartment in the heart of Saint-Germain. It is located in a small, nondescript apartment building in the artsy section of Saint-Germain but only a block away from the many restaurants, shops and nightlife in the area - and only a short walk to the river, metro, and Orsay. The apartment is small but well appointed with lots of modern conveniences and appliances. Overall the one room is a bit larger than some of the hotels I have stayed in while in Paris. The kitchen area is integrated into the room but does not get in the way. We basically just made breakfast and sometimes had lunch there. We appreciated the fact that it was well supplied with coffee and tea when we arrived.
The bed is indeed a foldout couch but one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on. That's not to say that it was a wonderful Hilton/Hampton- like queen... but it was fine and plenty wide enough for two full-sized people. There are french doors on one end of the room that lead out to a small balcony that looks over the inner part of some courtyards. There are no other windows (a drawback) so the doors need to be left open at night for fresh air lest it get fairly stuffy. Except for one night it was very quiet with the doors open. In general you can't hear the street noise in the room. The bathroom is larger than many in Paris with a nice shower (no bath) that has plenty of hot water and room to move around in. The wireless is free and worked very well the entire time. There are quite a few tourist books (most in English) that were useful in our touring the city.
We were met at the apartment house when we arrived by Caroline who manages the apartment and she was very helpful in getting us settled.
Overall it was a great place to stay. I think the price is right for what you get especially compared to hotel prices in Paris. We look forward to staying there again and highly recommend it. -

This darling studio is bright and airy with lovely fixtures and stylish decorations. The location in the Saint Germain Des Pres area is ideal with convenient walks to sweet cafes and shops. The assistance by the property manager was wonderful, with suggestions on local cafes, nearby currency exchange, and numbers for cabs-- also a great pocket guide to the metro. A great property for one to two people!

I did this reservation through Caroline - she is an amazing lady - nothing is too much trouble - she took me to the apartment - showed me everything - and then when i could not work out how the bed unfolded - she was there in 5 minutes!!! - how is that for service?? - she was also very helpful with information about anything i needed to know about the St Germain area - and Paris in general - she really made my stay "the best"!!!
The apartment is fantastic - every facility - and the location is perfect to enjoy the "real "Paris!!! -
